Yeah, that's a good video card. Your system must not like something with the scan and click. At least you have it going now. Just let me know if you have any other issues.

I'm going to have a new build of the catcher today that will resolve that json issue with the names being cutoff in MTT's for those who were having this issue. Finishing testing, but I will put a new build here soon.

This update addresses the json issue in MTT's where sometimes player names were being cutoff, and thus on table changes HUD's weren't updating. We should be all good here now.

Having issue with my PT4. I have card Catcher running and it recognizes tables. But mynPT4 isn't picking up any tables when I "get hands while playing".

I used this before but bought new CPU and this is fresh install

I'm on ignition

Make sure your pt4 folder is in the right location where the Card catcher imports them this is prob the issue 99% of the time..


Config > Site and Import Options > Ipoker >

New install of v 2.08.6 broke my HUD. Card Catcher sees the tables, and HEM2's sessions report shows the stats from the session, but the HUD won't actually display on the tables. Any help?

Downloaded v2.08.06 this morning and fired up my usual session of Ignition Triple-Ups and ACR SNG 2.0. Stats were not showing up for awhile, and after trouble shooting a bit I realized I had to redirect Ipoker setup in HM2 to

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Ignition Card Catcher

instead of

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Bovada Card Catcher

The HUD started to display, but as I tried moving the stats underneath the proper player slots, it moved both on my 6 max and 9 max tables making it impossible to arrange properly, even though I made sure I had the preferred seating setup on the CC. Then the weirdest thing happened, the HUD started to randomly disappear on Ignition and my ACR 2.0 tables suddenly had a HUD. Obviously the stats couldn't be for those tables because their aren't HH written for them, but I couldn't tell if they were supposed to be Ignition stats because the name was a long string of numbers/letters. I tried manually attaching the HUD back to Ignition which would work for a bit, but the stats would never disappear from SNG 2.0 tables.

I couldn't trouble shoot much at that point since I had 4 Ignition tables and 8 ACR 2.0s going, so I shut down the CC and HM2.

Going back to v2.07.7 for now

Click on settings in the catcher, and uncheck, disable overlay. That should get it working again for you.

Yeah, you went from the version before Bovada became ignition, and the hand import folders changed. As long as you change those, and set them up correctly in HM2 (in ipoker site settings), you should be fine though. If you wouldn't mind sending your log to support (click on settings, click create log) I can take a look at what's happening for you. It's a new build and maybe there's some issue we didn't see, even though testing went flawlessly.

Hey Freak, not sure if this is your area or not but perhaps you could help. Ever since I updated to 2.08.4, if I'm on the same table twice in the same session, Hero's HUD stats don't reset. In the past, the double right click trick has fixed this issue but now when I do that the HUD just turns red but the stats don't reset. Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm honestly not sure about this. Are you playing HU's S&G's or something? This is with HM2 or PT4? I can see if there's a manual way to do it, but I'm not sure right now.

No, playing NLHE 6max cash. I'm having the same issue on both my desktop and laptop. HM2

Can you update to this version please? There's an option setting now for the overlay in this version that is turned off by default for HM2.

hey, I'm having an issue where when I start the HUD, I appear as "HeroBov" (my name for myself) but after a little bit I turn into a random player like P6_JJ5O2IJB or whatever. this only occurs on some tables and seems random. also, I've confirmed it's not just my HUD being offset. any help is appreciated, thanks!

Have had the same issue myself for several weeks except sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Very odd. It works about 1/3 of the time or something.

Sorry, so what is the suggested fix? When I go to Config>Site and Import Options > Ipoker it shows both:

So it appears to have both set up. I tried removing Bovada and testing it and still not working.

Anyone having difficulty with the card catcher loading 9 max cash tables into PT4 real time? It was working for me until 4/7. Now all my 6 max tables show up but none of the 9 max for whatever reason. Strangely I still get HUD stats.

Never heard of this happening, and haven't had anyone report this on here. I'd need to see your log files. Can you click on settings in the catcher and click create log please, and send the .zip file it creates to support?

We'd need to know what other apps or utilities you're running. That seems super bizarre.

It's because you have card catcher or your database running and accessing that directory. Shut them down and re-install it and you'll be fine.

Mucked cards are only shown if your opponent is forced to show them (like normal poker rules). If they are, they will show in your hand history.

If you e-mail support, you get an instant response w/ reset and lost serial links you can run yourself immediately.

But does anyone else have this issue? In my PT4 Database I'm getting imports from iPoker AND Pokerstars. Exact same hand. This doesn't happen on every hand. Probably every 15-20 hands. I have duplicate tournaments as well. It makes looking a reports very frustrating because this is all throughout my database.

I have my import folders setup the standard way (:C drive/Ace Poker Solutions/iPoker). ANY suggestions would help.

Are hands importing hands w/ the hand converter also? Sounds like it. The hand converter will import under PS, and the card catcher under ipoker.
