I assume you mean in MTT's, and the main thing with MTT's is you need to make sure the catcher is started and running before you open an MTT table. Very important. This doesn't matter as much with cash games or S&G's, but with MTT's you only get tournament and player info one time at the very start of the first hand you're dealt. After that the catcher will recover, but the player ID's will not match (they will be random), but the stats will be correct for the players.

I don't think it is. Maybe I need more details, but I don't think the PT4 update is an issue.

I can reinstall it and show you, but it was not importing old hands from the archive folders. It was importing current hands many times over. You could see this on the Get Hands While Playing screen. I guess only one other person had this issue though, so idk what to say. I went back to the prior version and it went away.

Yeah, that seems pretty odd. I haven't heard of any reports about that, and I think we've tested with their latest update. I'll check w/ the developers tomorrow though. I'm not sure how that would even be possible, but you never know.

getting some invalid pot size errors... do these hands still import?

Incomplete hands can show as invalid pot size. Usually those would not import. You can send a message to support with what you're seeing and what games you're playing specifically. Assuming you have the latest version you shouldn't see any invalid pot sizes on completed hands where you didn't come in late or leave early in the hand.

I'm getting this issue where if I'm playing a few hyper-turbos at a time, it seems to get confused and asks me to match hands previously shown to the appropriate table, but it isn't giving me the correct table as an option. I can't find any solutions for this anywhere. Is there a fix? Thanks!

I'm using the beta with auto-attach to tables via HM2. Auto-attach works great but the HUD is mispositioned now. I have same preferred seating set in HM2 and BCC but the HUD assignments are all wrong. Any ideas?

I think this is related to the new auto load HUD with HM2. I have a developer looking into this now. As a temp solution you can go back to a previous version and it should work, but you'll need to manually attach the HUD to the table.

Did you also set it in Ignition as well? It has to be set there for each table type too.

I did. What's also odd, is that if I restart BCC and HM2, then I only see the PXXX numbers for players rather than P2_XXX, P3_XXX spots. At that point I don't know who is who except for Hero. I'll keep testing.

So you're not using the latest Ignition Card catcher? What version are you using right now?

I run PlaceMint, the catcher, and PT4.

PlaceMint is now placing the hud over blank space on my screen in one of the empty slots, instead of over top of the table. Could you please tell me if this is the catcher doing this, or PT4? (I realize it wouldn't be an issue without PlaceMint running, but I need to know who to ask to please change the window titles so that I can continue using PlaceMint.) Thanks!

Strange. Was it doing this before? We haven't changed anything in how we're overlaying the HUD for PT in quite some time (at least a year or more). I'll talk with the developers though. It could be something we're doing with the tilting because it's overlaying on an invisible form. But it could also be placemint. I'll have to get back to you on this.

It's absolutely PlaceMint doing this. I just was trying to figure out whether it was the catcher or PT4 creating the "fake" windows so I could hopefully work around the title conflict issue.

Your titles are now being picked up by the RegEx that used to work for PlaceMint. Your titles are identical to the name of the table except the catcher seems to start the title with the table name and Ignition starts with the stakes.

For example:

Actual table: $3/$6... Table name
"Fake" window of hud stats: Table name... $3/$6

I've created a temporary workaround by using the RegEx ^[$] in case that helps anyone else.

While this is a third party issue, it would maybe be better to have distinctly different titles, unless there is some advantage/need for it to be this way (since so many people use window management software). Just a suggestion though, this definitely is not an actual error on your end.

am i still the only one having problems with card catcher?

seems to work perfect ~65% of the time in same session it will be working on some tables and on other tables it won't recognize hero?

with the converter down it is tilting me that i can't get my HHs

I don't have any complaints on here, other forums or support that it's not working sometimes or all the time. What version are you at right now? Seems like something is screwy in your setup, and we can look at it again if you want to send some logs to support.

Is 2.07.8 still beta or now available on web site? Friend wants to download and try. The auto-attaching HUD is a god send for HM2 so want him to have that.

It's up now as the main release. If they download the trial off the site it will have the latest version.

Great. You got another customer coming. Also, does BCC auto-update itself for new versions? I thought I saw it do that a while ago, but then I had to manually download and install the update for Ignition.
