Hi, i'm using PT4 and I've got 207.7 CC. This afternoon, all my stats needed to be rearranged and locked, and even when locked, my stats jumped around. Is this something that I've done? I was color coding my hud last night. Could I have messed with some setting by accident?

This was all my doing. I needed to adjust my table tamer settings to get things fixed.

In Table Tamer, go to Site Setup, then Site Configuration and let it know what preferred seat you've set up elsewhere.

So I have Hem2 and everything worked fine, I purged my database and now card catcher won't import the hands, any one else have this problem or no a fix?

Also hud won't attach, it doesn't even recognize I'm playing, I've deleted and re downloaded both Hem and card catcher and nothing works

Your site settings are probably not configured. If you purged HM2, you probably will need to manually add them, which I'd suggest just following the steps in the manual here. You want to setup the hand import directory to import from the card catcher hand history directory for the ipoker network:

Does this work in conjunction with the Bovada Hand Converter? Ie I can import and run my HUD in real time - then go back after the fact and download hands via the poker client and convert them to the same format as the card catcher?

I want to view all my opponents hands but do not want to double import every hand that I play.

Yes it does. Hand converter imports under pokerstars, and the card catcher imports under ipoker format so they list as separate players in your database. You will have to switch between target players (player you have set as default in your DB) in order to view each sets of data, but it's very easy to do.

Is there going to be an update to auto launch the HM2 HUD like there was for the BOL catcher?

Yes, absolutely. We're working on it and it will be in the next catcher update.

Trying to get the HUD on HEM to work, followed directions on website but can't get it to load on the tables. It does show up in the table finder window.

You need to click and drag the cross/target thing on the bottom left of that window over to the table you intend the hud to be on

Hehe... glad you figured it out. Next build there will be no more need to drag the HUD to the tables. It will auto load on the tables.

Today a new player joined the table and the stats from the previous player (or another player, I'm assuming the previous player from the same seat) immediately started showing up for him. The seat had been empty for several minutes too, it wasn't a case where he really quickly took the empty spot.

I do (loosely) follow this thread, and I know that normally your response is along the lines of "Are you sure of this because this shouldn't happen" or similar. That response is perfectly reasonable, and I haven't had any issue for many months, but it 100% happened today. I was looking directly at the table and hyper-focused 3-tabling. I wouldn't post that it was 100% if I wasn't certain. I also confirmed that there was no player 4 in the hand history for the previous hands.

Also, I'm using PT4 and I was able to double-click the stats to set it to session stats only and this showed only the hands since the new player had sat down.

If you need more info please let me know. I've only noticed it happening once, but it's a fairly dangerous error (super fun player leaves, I assume it's still him, etc.).

Well, I do try and verify people are sure about something, because we do get a ton of, "oops, it was actually... x". But yes, we don't have any reports of that happening. What version are you using please? I might need to see a log.

I understand completely. I don't know how to convince you that when I say I'm sure, I'm actually sure. I'll put it this way, if it didn't happen I will need to book an appointment with my doctor as it would be one of the largest mental misfires (hallucinations?) of my life. I would be honestly scared for my mind and future. (Not trying to be dramatic, just hoping to make it clear how certain I am.)

I watched it happen in real time, checked the hand history both through the client and through PT4, and double clicked for session stats within the PT4 HUD, all to confirm. I did all those extra double and triple checks despite being over 99% sure to begin with.
