Ok, I'll update everything and see if there's still that discrepancy. I do seem to remember a few import errors regarding rake but it isn't a big enough issue for me. You have a good product and great support, thanks!

I'm pretty sure what you saw is related to that rake change, because when there is something going on, usually I can tell from the feedback on here, support and other forums. Also important - If you get an auto update notice for the catcher, but you get an error when trying to update, it's because you have a much older version w/o the updater. So just download from this link and install and you'll have the version w/ the Ignition poker update:

Old known issue. You have to update to the latest catcher and PT4. PT changed their rake process a couple of months back.

That NL hand that got saved as PL might of happened under the converter but I am not 100% sure.

Yeah, I should have said this earlier, but I had someone else who was having errors and sent a config. It was because they have PS mode enabled on the catcher, and looks like you are as well. That's the source of people saying there's errors I'm betting. You have to uncheck PS mode in settings on the catcher. This is an old outdated setting and needs to be removed. If you had an earlier version, you probably updated without getting any of the messages about the change over to ipoker. So you'll have to uncheck that setting, and then change your PT auto import folder for ipoker. If you click the tutorial video it will explain this, or the online manual. It will walk through the setup. It's just a couple of clicks.

Once you do that the errors / invalid pots won't happen anymore.

Yes, they are all working. And your DB will post won amounts based on your finish position. If you are having an issue, give me some more specifics about what your playing and send me your config file and I can see what's going on. It's probably a setting that is off w/ your DB.

The recent update on Bovada Card Catcher wont let me open it anymore. It says "This app can't run on your PC".

So if I have bovada card catcher running into my HEM2 does that mean I no longer need to download the hand histories from bovada and convert them for HEM2? So i can just get all my hands now with this?

also I use stack and tile program which changes the sizes of the bovada tables and can make them smaller than the default minimum bovada allows. Will this cause any problems displaying the HUD?

Correct. You don't need the bovada hand converter. The only reason you'd use it is if you wanted to import zone hands and/or see all of your opponents known hole cards for study.

No, it won't. There's a fully functional 7 day trial though you can use and test with your setup.

Somehow it's reading other players cards again after I'm off a table and keep the table open. I had a beta version before and it worked fine, now after the auto update it's doing this again.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you have a table open, it's going to continue reading hands. It's always been this way. I'm not sure what this issue is in relation to this either though. You don't want observed data being recorded?

I left a table after 60 odd hands then rejoined maybe an hour later during the same session and the table doesn't show up on the card catcher's display (where it shows the table names in the box below time bank and last hand).

I can still attach it from my HEM and I am able to get my display working but my stats of "hero" is not reset.

Is there anyway to reset this to 0 when I rejoin a table?

I am playing OMAHA CASH if it matters.

edit: also noticed that it's displaying a wrong "NET$ won" for one person on a table, the player's net won is more than their stack which shouldn't be possible?
