When will this new process be in place? Because as of now the software is pretty much unusable. And I'm not very happy paying for something I can't use.
Probably check your junk/spam folder. I can assure you every single question sent is answered. The support system won't let you move on until you answer or tag an e-mail.
Any ways, send me a PM with your e-mail or send support an e-mail and I can send you a refund. I think running it on a mac through an emulator is going to be a bit of a stretch. The new process will correct this, but if you're unhappy now, and unhappy with the support provided it probably just won't work for you.
The auto time bank is in the catcher program in settings, which I explained. It defaults to auto timebanking so if you run out of time it extends it for you. But to do that it needs to check the screen more often. But the bottom line is I think it's with your monitor refresh rate. I use it myself across 2 sites with very limited blinking. It doesn't bother me at all or testers that we use.
