I'm told they are up again. I'm leaving for day 2 of an event so I can't check, but I have people monitoring it. This never happens, so hopefully it's no bigger issue.

Ya... they took a good amount of stuff, but it's just stuff. I had to come home early because my wife was a little freaked. She waited to tell me until the following day, but it was on day 2 of an event. I busted later that day, and ended up only min cashing, so no bracelet.

Does anyone know how to edit converted HH's so that they can be entered into the Hand History Converter here on the forums?

You don't need to edit or do anything. You just need to use the internal forum format conversion inside your database. This depends on what you're using. If it's HM2, you have to right click, select view, then select 2+2 format (copy button) - bottom right hand corner.

No editing needed.

A little bit of a feature request: I would like it if the window for the catcher had a way to show how many hands have been caught for this session. Not a big deal but it would be nice to have something I can stick somewhere on my screen to keep track of how many hands I've played this session.

Gotcha. Your active sessions stats windows will tell you this though. Is there an additional reason to have it in the catcher?

2.07.5 - I haven't seen this bug in awhile, but it just happened again: Game breaks, I'm left sitting alone, the HUD of the last player who got up remains, and a new player takes that same seat. The HUD thinks it's the same player and the stats resume, merging both players.

And now it did something I've never seen before. A player left a full game, seat was empty for a good while, someone finally took the empty seat, and the previous player's stats were again tacked on to this new player.

Are you sure about this? I haven't seen this myself and haven't had any reports of it. If you do see this again, after you session can you click on settings, click on create log, and send me that .zip file please?

I haven't seen or heard of this happening in a very long time so I'd need to see some logs to address it if it's an issue.

1) The cardcatcher window is small enough to just stick in a corner of my screen and check without the need to move or switch to other windows. When I played on PokerStars there was a tab by the chat on the table that used to tell me how many hands I had played that session but Bovada doesn't have that.

2) I sometimes get thrown off my game for a little bit if I go to the active session window and see that I am up or down more than expected. I've found that if I don't keep track of the money and just focus on my decisions I play a better game over the course of a session. I could see if there is a way to remove the win/loss info from the active session window but that doesn't solve the first issue.

This request aside I have been using I purchased this a few days ago after trying it out and it is an awesome product.

It's a similar issue, and probably related. It could be some strange name issue going on that HM or PT isn't handling correctly. I don't know. I'd just have to see a log to know for sure. Fortunately I haven't seen anything or had any other reports, so it's probably some anomaly happening. But we'll look into it when I have more info. Thanks.

Ya, I hear you and understand where you're going. I appreciate putting in the request and I will log it w/ the developers. The only thing is it starts becoming a bit more than it's intended to be honestly. I had to spend a lot of development time and dollars to fix and get all of the issues so it would accurately be pulling in hand data. To move it into connecting to two different DB's to pull info that already exists just opens it open to a lot more bugs. Thank you though, I do appreciate the feedback and advice.

My issues aren't as severe as most but they are as follows:
I was in a Triple Up SnG and cashed.. BCC didn't send the cash result to HEM2, had to manually update that.
Turbo SnGs are being reported as regular speed tournaments. Minor gripe but would like for it to parse that correctly.

Ya, they are changing these formats again for some reason. I'm going to look into it. If you have the HH for the triple up and can send it to support that would help a lot.

If you see this happen can you click on create logs from settings in the catcher, and send that zip file to support. I haven't been hearing on any forums or support this has been going on, so like I said, I assume it's some anomaly. I'm playing a long session today so I'll see as well. Thanks.

Some of the tables aren't being recognized for me, they are all recognized by the Bovada card catcher but some of the tables' hands don't show up in pt4, has anyone else had this issue?

What do you mean some of the tables hands? The HUD is coming up, but you're not finding the hands in PT4?

You absolutely should not be missing any tables. The only time this will happen is if you're opening up multiple tables within the same MTT. The catcher can't always support that.
