No it doesn't because the hands would be incomplete. The bovada hand converter from our site can import zone hands though and will also show all opponent hole cards. So it's a great study tool as well.

So to clarify, I just need the hand converter and HEM2 to have a database of zone hands? I ask this because I purchased the card catcher thinking it would work, and I don't want to make the same mistake again. All I want to do is be able to use a leakfinder for my hands.

Correct, the bovada hand converter works with zone hands. I guess you didn't use the 7 day trial on the catcher, but contact support and see what they can do for you. I assume you mean leak buster, but yes, it will import hands and you'll be able to use leak buster with it.

You will need to wait 24 hrs before bovada will let you donwloand hand histories. Once you have those hand histories then you use the converter and HM

I'm silly. All I had to do was move the HUD elements in 2-max mode to match where I have them in 6-max mode. Then it really doesn't make a difference what it thinks it is. I was just assuming that it wasn't possible to have more than 2 seat positions in 2-max mode.

I figured this out by mistake because for whatever reason when I updated my PT from 4.14.4 to 4.14.13, my iPoker HUD positions got reset. So I had to move everything back anyway.

Speaking of, if I have actual pokerstars hands at a limit that I also have bodog hands as ps mode, where PT4 reads them as the same stake, will they merge the stats together or still be shown seperately?

I assume ipoker mode will show my bodog hands as ipoker hands in pt4? thought would be a benefit in case the above is an issue, so both problems solved once I set it up. Thanks

Yes, that would do it too. Good to note and I can add that in the manual somewhere also.

Your PS hands with the card catcher PS hands will only merge together is you're using the same target player name. So if your PS name is: SicPlaya68 , and your card catcher hero name is: HERO, they will not merge unless you set a player alias to include both.

And yes, when you setup the bovada card catcher in ipoker mode, then your hands will show up under that site and be separate from your PS hands. You can create an alias if you want merge them at any point.

Make sure your auto import folder for your database is configured correctly. If you're unsure, click on the online manual button in the interface of the catcher or the video walk through tutorial. That's the most likely cause.

Yes. But that being said, we have the least amount of testing on PLO8. But it does work. Use the 7 day trial and give it a go. If you do run into any issues, just let me know. And yes, you just need the catcher and PT4. Have them running (watch the tutorial video in the card catcher if you're unsure).

Why is it when converting tournament hands it leaves out a ton of the hands. When converting cash 100% of hands played are captures. When I play a tournament it might catch only 3-8 hands from each level (less than half the actual hands played in a tourney)

This product does not convert hands nor does it leave hands out. Perhaps you're talking about the hand converter.

My license is about 11 months old now. How do I renew, and how much does it cost?? Couldn't find it on the website other than a statement that says "License is valid for 1 year from date of activation, and can be registered on up to 2 PC's. Renewal for additional years is approximately 1/3rd of current retail price for ongoing maintenance and development." Thanks

You're right on the borderline in terms of when renewals were implemented. The older beta users were all grandfathered in. If you do need a renewal it will tell you when you load the catcher up a couple of weeks before it expires and it will provide a link and everything you need to renew. It's a painless process. It's 1/3rd of the price for another year. So the standard package, that's just $13 for the whole year.

Hey, so ever since switching to the iPoker format from PS mode, I can no longer get my huds to line up in 6m/fr games. They are treating it like the same game even when I select "treat as" over and over.


And since then, (not sure if its due to unlocking/locking and saving the hud a lot) but my PT4 is constantly freezing and not allowing me to get the hud up on new tables on party/bodog mid session.

thats a look at what happens and I basically have to shut down all tables and wait and hope for it to unfreeze or force close it and re load all the hands in that are now waiting to import before I can continue.

This is obviously a big problem for me and I have no idea how to fix it so I hope you can help me with a solution

Johnny, just open one table. Get your hud lined up where it needs to be. Lock and save that layout. One for 6-max, one for full ring. Just one table at a time if you're having this much of an issue. Save both. Once you do that, you won't need to have treat as clicked or anything. They will load properly for each format.

Make sure that if you have preferred seating checked in Bovada settings, you have it also set in the settings on the catcher. As long as you do this, everything will load correctly.

Now keep in mind that the new Bovada is a bit of a resource hog. So if you're running a couple of sites at a time, make sure you try and get as many resources free before you start your session.

my hud has been working for a long time now w bovada card catcher, but today it does not show up in 2 9max events.

It does not even pop up an options tab on the tables

What version are you using of the catcher? What database and what version? What is the event you're talking about specifically?

Ive encountered a new problem since starting with ipoker mode instead of ps mode though. Im noticing stats not reset to 0 when a player leaves and a new one rejoins sometimes, but not always afaik

Are you sure about the player reset? I know it can get confusing sometimes, but this should never happen. I use the catcher myself just about every day, and sometimes when I'm on Bovada plus another site, I can't tell when people get stacked and sit out, and then they come back in. It will still track that persons stats even though their HUD went away while they sat out. It's the same person though. We have a ton of protections in there about that, and I've not heard anyone say a player wasn't be reset. Keep your eye on it, but I'm pretty confident that shouldn't be happening (just knowing the code myself).
