Hey man! Just bought the HUD to use on Bovada and I'm wondering how to get the past 2 hands and that whole black box in the top right hand corner of my screen to go away. Trying to find this in settings. Thanks!

how do I get bovada card catcher + HEM2 to work on bovada?

the card catcher appears to correctly pick up hands and put them in a .xml file but HEM2 doesn't seem to be able to detect them

Yeah, I am positive it is missing hands now. I just 5bet shoved preflop and refreshed active session and it def missed it. Do you have Skype? I am having issues with both card catcher and hand converter and it may just be easier to speak on there.

I think the only hands that it is missing are some preflop all-ins but I am not positive 100% yet. I will download HH and look in further detail.

It's the only black box in the top right hand corner. Trying to figure out how to disable it to have more space on the screen. Don't need it and it seems to just clutter the screen. Thanks!

Thats a HM2 Table HUD. Not really his issue. In HM2 go to HUD settings > General Settings > uncheck Table HUD

If you didn't do the auto setup, then you just need to point the auto import folder of ipoker in HM2 to the card catcher hand history directory. There's a tutorial video on how to do this in app, as well as a link to the manual which is here if you're unsure how:

I have quite a few people using it and I don't have any reports of missed hands. Support tells me anytime there's any kind of issues going on because I coordinate those with the developers, and also 2+2, and other forums let us know pretty quick if there's some issue. If you think you're seeing something, then go to settings, turn on logging, and then if that happens go back into settings and click create log. If you send that to support they will look at it. It shouldn't be missing anything though.

v7.4, have an issue with BCC and HM2 where if 2 tourney names start with ex "$5000 guaranteed.." it will see it as 1 tourney (shows as "500" or "5000" in the list)

So, after looking deeper into my database I am finding the hands that I thought I was missing, though, the all-ins preflop aren't appearing in the active sessions tab while I am playing I would think this is a time zone issue being incorrect with HM2 but not sure why it only misses the all-in hands.. thankfully they are their though so no more need of assistance

Sounds like you have PT4 selected as your database. Go to settings on the catcher, and select HM2 as your database.

Yeah, it's likely a time zone offset issue. You can go into settings on the catcher, and there's a +/- time zone adjustment you can make so your live view data will match your current local time.

So I'm experiencing something similar to this, but there was no other mention in the thread other than what was quoted (I searched for "treat"), so I'm not sure if any others are experiencing it.

Basically when I open a 6max cash game table and only two people are playing, the HUD thinks it's a HU table and the stats are misaligned. I must click "Treat As" and change it to 6-max every time.

I don't see a way to make 6max (or any number of players) the default option in PT4's HUD, so I'm at a loss aside from selecting it each time this happens. (and it happens every time)

Playing with the HUD Options presets doesn't help much. Anyone get around this?

If you're sitting at any table w/ only one player it's going to treat it within a range of players to title the HH as HU's. I'd have to talk with the developer to see if there's some option we can add, if it's even possible, I'm not sure honestly.

Why would it write the hands as HU when it's at a 6-max table? Shouldn't it know the difference between hands at a true HU table vs when it's just HU with more players to come?

Any clues as to why my auto-center isn't working? It is checked. I unchecked and rechecked, uninstalled and reinstalled, no dice. Any help is appreciated.

HUD appears, tables are found, hands are extracted in to an xml file. I`ve set HM2 to import from the card cather folder and nothing appears, then i manually imported the folder where the *.xml file is located and it detects it and imports it but it says 2 of 2 files imported 0 of 0 hands imported. HM does not detect hands in the correct format in the file it seems, player is HERO for Ipoker, everything is done according to the guidelines, how should it be fixed?

Because it's creating a hand history based on the data present. There's no tab or title or anything on bovada that indicates this is a HU's table, or a 6-max table or anything. The only way to do that would be to add OCR, which becomes klunky, resource intensive, and messy. You have to keep in mind that your databases weren't designed to be used on Bovada, so we're doing as many work arounds as possible. Like I mentioned in my previous post, I'll talk w/ the developers to see if there's some kind of setting that can be enabled. Not a lot of people sit at regular tables to play HU's.

Bovada doesn't use it/support it, so we just recommend not enabling it in your database. The client has to support it also for it to work. Why do you need it?
