Is that confirmed? I'm pretty sure mine was hero and HUD wasn't working with PT .11. After I re-installed PT .10 it worked fine again and still works fine

No. I was told by PT they fixed it now though so there will be another update here shortly. Just stick with .10 and when the .12 comes out we'll let everyone know.

Sorry, I should be more clear. The latest version of card catcher (v7.3) will work fine w/ Poker Tracker v .10. It's the latest release of PT the other day (.11) that has caused an issue w/ the HUD. And as soon as we know when they'll update, we'll let you guys know.

can you please, please get the auto timebank to work? I am willing to pay $20 right now just for that feature.

The bovada client is so bad it is an absolute must to have an auto time bank. A lot of times the table doesn't even pop up when it is your turn to act!

So I have been playing on bovada for 2 years and using HI. I recently starting using the BCC and have used the Ipoker site and new data base in HM2.

My problem is I want to import the hands I played using the BCC into my old database but when I import them the hands aren't coming in.

Is this an easy fix?

I'm not sure how possible it is post update honestly. Still looking into it.

But if your system is struggling that bad, then run Bovada from a clean boot. Don't have other programs running and keep it as clean as possible when you have a session.

I know Bovada is much slower since their update, but you shouldn't be timing out. Personally, it's never happened to me, or anything close to it, but I shut down a lot of apps and have a higher end PC.

Your old database is HM2 also? If so, then in theory as long as you import using the original hands that BCC created it should work. Just make sure that you add an alias for HERO for ipoker once you import the new data into the older DB.

So I'm told PT has a fix in place for PT4, but release won't be until next week.

So just use version .10 and don't update to .11 until the new build is out. (link is a couple of posts back, several times in this thread if needed).

im guessing trial mode only allows 2 tables with hud ? when i put it on a 3rd one, the hud from one of the other ''huded table'' disappears.

No, there's no restrictions with the trial. What database and version of the DB are you using? There's been some PT issues lately w/ some of their updates.

Some simple, but important fixes. Keep in mind that if you have PT4, don't update to the .11 version. A new update is supposed to come out next week that will work and have auto notes, and everything fixed in it.

Something very strange just happened, and the first time I've ever seen it. A new player just took a seat that I recently vacated and, not only did the new player take my old stats, he's called "Hero" and took my lifetime stats. So the hud says this player has over 80k hands lol..

If you sit again though, I assume this would just correct again. I think if you leave and observe this might happen, but shouldn't once you're at the table again. It's irrelevant to what you were doing correct, or am I missing something?

Right it was when I was booted but didn't close the window. I never did re-sit that table so I can't say if his stats reset. But if the player was never assigned a random player name, how would PT know where to pick up from? I guess from the first hand I'm dealt in again.

Card Catcher is recording my hands and putting them into PT4 in real time, but no HUD is coming up. I've already played 20 hands, so insufficient time spent waiting doesn't seem to be the issue.

I've followed the tutorial and troubleshoot directions (hand histories are going to the right folder) and still no luck. Anyone know what the issue might be?

Edit: I downgraded to v4.10.9, deleted my old database and still no HUD...

Correct. It would find your hole cards and reset you up as hero again.

You need .10... hopefully PT puts out a fix here soon. Make sure you have the latest Card catcher too posted in here 7.4.

Hello, I just downloaded the trail for the card cacther but am having some issues. I played my first session which ended up being a ~40 min 4 tabling session. The HUD seemed to work fine but there was issues with the importing into HM2. During this 40min 4 tabling session only 31 hands where imported into my DB. I should also note that for these 31 hands, my hole cards don't show in HM. (My hole cards will show in the HM replayer once I replay a hand). I tried to troubleshoot during a second session. Fired up two 5nl tables to try to troubleshoot and once again the HUD seemed to work fine but this time hands didn't import into HM at all. Only played a couple orbits to try to figure this out, but hands where not importing into my DB at all. Help please.

You don't have your target player in HM set to: HERO for ipoker. You need to do this in order to view your stats.

Just FYI guys, PT4 does have a new version with the auto note, color coding, and HUD fix done. We tested it today and it all works, and we're told they will have it for official release here soon.

This just has a PT version check added to it. So if you have the .11 or .09 versions of PT4 that don't work with the catcher, it will detect and give you a link to the latest (not officially released .12 version of PT4).

Their new version fixes auto notes, and color coding, so I'd recommend to download this version of PT4 users and just run it and then update to the latest PT4.

I reinstalled windows and installed the latest version of card catcher (2.07.05). I start up card catcher and says 0/168 hours remaining. I click "register tournaments" but nothing happens. Can anyone help?

What version of windows did you re-install? It could be a couple of things. If you don't have Win 10, then try re-install .net 4.5:
