i just wanna repeat again that this customer support is absolutely stellar, especially considering that there's really no other competitor in the market.

PS was just the first HH format we used to import data. PS then announced it was going to be limiting aspects of HUD use like only allowing 3 colors on HUDs, notecaddy limitations, etc... so we switched to ipoker as the standard format. It's actually much cleaner and better. We had both modes in there for people who had the catcher for awhile and didn't watch the switch yet. But post new Bovada update we need to eventually migrate everyone to ipoker. It will be too hard to maintain both formats, at least at this price point.

There's no real way to recover them other than just downloading the hand to view it. You said you sent in your log, and I can ask the developer if those hands are there. If they are I will e-mail them, but they may just be gone. Like I said, I'll have them do some more PLO HU's testing this week.

Correct. Now w/ the new Bovada update you have to do it this way. Without getting too technical, the way Bovada is sending data to and from the tables to it's servers is completely different now. We're going to put in a couple of more things to make this a little easier here soon. But in a nutshell it's totally different than before, so you can just start and stop it whenever.

Overall our customer base is very cool, helpful, and just good peeps. So that makes it even easier. There's always one out there that you can never please though. lol. We try our best.

I have the cash version of bcc, is there a set price to upgrade to the tournament side of the software? Also is the mtt side all up and working like the cash game side is? Im on v.8 Which is the most recent, correct?

I've been having the same problem with every single beta release. I have to install as an administrator, otherwise I get a "Installing Bovada Card Catcher" box on my task bar that can't be closed or focused when it finishes installing. If I install as an administrator it all seems to work fine until I try to load the application. Once I try to load Card Catcher nothing happens except my mouse changes to the Windows 10 processing circle while on the desktop. This persists until I restart my computer. There is no task that I can end or anything like that. There isn't really any screen shots to take because nothing is happening to show.

This hand didn't import into my HEM using 6.9. I tried manually importing the file but that didn't work either. No errors or anything, HEM just says "36 hands imported" but there are 37 hands in the HH file.

.9 is the most recent. Look a couple of posts back - sorry on phone. And yeah, there's not a discount if you want to add that other version later, but contact support and let them know your name on 2+2. You've been a big help on here so I'll hook you up with a good discount.

Maybe try and tempo turn off virus scanner and firewall while installing? What are you using? Webroot is the worst. Which by the way, I'd highly recommend just removing all of that stuff to everyone. It's honestly not worth the money. Windows defender and firewall are perfectly adequate for most people's needs, it's free, and it won't slow down your system and cause tons of false positives. Just my experience and 20 years in this industry. I used to use that stuff too until I really looked at it more.

I don't think so. I always wait until the popup tells me what place I got in the tournament. I close the popup, then the window.

Just post to say thanks for the effort latest version works like a charm, just go to remember to start it at the right point. I should write a script to start Poker Tracker/bovada/card catcher then hit start.

Very cool not to have to convert, I've missed some hands but well over the year it won't matter. You guys are top notch and the software updates for nothing are awesome. Thanks and if you don't have the program ... buy it buy it and finally buy it you won't be disappointed.

Today I had the same problem: played 25 hands but only 24 were caught and imported to HM2. Using iPoker. When I go into the Bovada software to check out hands I can see all 25. Nothing out of the ordinary in the hand that was missed, played to river, I won at showdown, so it wasn't one of those post blinds then blinds returned hands..

The software seems legit, but I can't pull the trigger after the trial if random hands are going missing

As an aside, I did the 1 day trial of the Bovada Hand Converter. I didn't really have the time to see if this grabbed with 100% accuracy or not. Can you speak on this? Also, it appeared with the hand converter hands are only going to be available for upload into HM2 a day or so after play, not instantly as with the BCC.

Yeah, I know what's going on here. This should be fixable.

We're in the middle of addressing and correcting any remaining issues after the Bovada update. The software had to be mostly re-written. So yes, HU's PLO we don't have a ton of testing on, but these issues are addressed and corrected. Like I said in your post yesterday I believe, we're going to look at it specifically this week.

The hand converter works and will convert 100% of your hands. The card catcher will here too. It works for just about all games, but you're playing the one we need more testing and attention on.

First of all, thanks for the updates and getting BCC working again for us.

BCC .9 caught all hands since release except 1 all-in. I then used hand converter to import hands and it somehow created duplicates of about 40% of the hands I had for the last 7 days with the exact same time stamps. Had to manually go through a few thousand hands to remove the duplicates. Did I do something wrong?

You need to create a separate database when you use the converter. If not it will create duplicates. I have one database I use with the catcher and another for the converter with the hole cards option enabled.

^ i always import it into the same database using pt4 and am not getting duplicates using BBC and handconverter. If the timestamps match, it doesnt import the duplicates.

I did a quick read through and I believe I am doing things correctly. I switched to iPoker mode in the card catcher, however I am getting some really weird read outs for hands. PT4 wouldn't import a few hands (seems like 4 out of 10.. very short session to see if this was working) and when I went to look at the actual .txt files had some strange inputs. For the one, it showed that I won 90$, the loser of the hand won 70$ and the rake was -71.50 (I am guessing this is where the 70$ going to the loser of the hand came from).

Is there something in the bovada client I have to change?

One issue I'm having is when playing MTTs, as players bust or are moved to other tables, the HUD does not reset for the player that assumes the newly empty seat. So if Player X sitting in Seat Y busts and is replaced by another player, the HUD for Player X still appears and continues incrementing stats as if Player X had never left the table.

Do you have any suggestions about how to fix this? Thanks for the help!
