Was playing MTT using Ignition card catcher PT4 HUD worked fine but one I hit Final Table it stopped working. No HUD and hands not tracked. Tried to restart Card catcher but nothing.

Make sure you have the latest version. It's not posted as an auto update yet:

Upgraded and the card catcher is working fine. Also, when i reset my serial key in the reset link my browser says its "unsafe", I clicked proceed anyways and got my serial key reset. no idea why chrome gave me that prompt but it worked so all good

They won't import with all of the correct data. The hand formats by PT and HM are slightly different, and are written differently.

just downloaded the card catcher put in my license i bought. when trying to send the information to there server (via internet) it wont work.

My ignition 500 zone hands are not being loaded into my pt4 but 200 zone and normal tables are.Does anyone know what my problem Is?

Contact support and they can resolve this. It's difficult to know what it is w/o more info so they will probably ask for your log.

For Zone card catcher is very hit and miss to pick up hands and at the moment i've tried 4-5 times and its not picking up hands into PT4 at all..
I have restarted my computer twice and re-opened Ignition, Card Catcher then PT4 in that order and it's still not working and always make sure card catcher has started before i get hands while playing for PT4. What is going on?

I suggest trying DriveHUD instead, you can import the PT4 hands to DriveHUD. After finish the free trial and you still want to go HM3, you can export the HH from DH then import it to HM3.
