ive literally never loaded more than one table at a time. I also never leave the app running.

It only seems to happen while I'm both running zone and regular tables simultaneously.

Ill make sure to make a log next time the issue happens

Ok, yes please. I'd need to see it. Development tried to re-produce w/o success and support says we don't have any tickets w/ the same issue. So we'd need to see a log. ty!

Having issue where the amount won is incorrect when I win a hand without a showdown. Ex: in 25nl if the small blind calls .25 and i check in the big blind then win the hand on the flop with a .25 bet, it shows my net won as .07 instead of .22. I'm using bovada and hm2.

card catcher isnt getting hands on zone poker anymore. yes I have the newest version of icc and open 1 table after another

Reboot. Make sure you're loading one zone table, then the next. People sometimes do the max (2 tables) loading at the same time and if you do that, it will not work consistently.

You probably have old cached renewal page. We updated the site and server last week. If you contact support they can give you the new link or you can enter your license on this page to renew:

Ok, ty. I'll have someone check the log monday when the dev team is in. I ran several sessions, stopping and starting it myself w/o issue so I can't re-produce. I think if it was a consistent issue we'd have tons of reports of it, so not sure what's up but the log should provide some clarity.

Yeah, it's getting borderline unusable. Mostly just not working with zone whatsoever. It's clearly not an isolated issue as many people are posting here with the same problems.

Just to clarify there isn't something that we are all missing, the steps we need to take are as follows:

1) open card catcher/HM before opening the poker client
2) "stop catching" on both ICC/HM before loading the client
3) open the client
4) select "start catching" for both ICC/HM
5) open zone tables 1 at a time

is there something incorrect about this sequence, or another step im missing?

Reg tables working for me , zone it doesnt detect any hands after trying a bunch of diff combos of opening programs etc (and only opening one table at a time)

Yesterday zone randomly worked and then back to not working again today for me

The log you sent had you stopping the catcher after you had the poker client open. You also said this in the above post. Reboot. Load ICC first, don't ever click stop.
