One issue I am having is that my Hero stats are now displaying as my total hands played under the Ipoker Hero alias, instead of per table and session like it was before.

Running version 6.4 so far stats do not reset when a new player joins the table. Catching most/all of the hands so far though.

functionally, everything is running smoothly, but the card catcher is still regularly missing hands in real time. my sessions in HEM2 arent even close to accurate in net +/-

I have various problems using the iPoker settings. I believe they are due to Holdem Manager 2 not recognizing hero is in fact the hero and instead believes the hands are observed hands. When I view a hand history in Holdem Manager 2 using the iPoker setting, it states "No hero detected" as shown here:



This does not occur when I use the Pokerstars setting. There are no settings in Holdem Manger 2 for this and as far as i can tell Holdem Manager 2 designates the hero as the player dealt cards. The problems include not resetting hero notes per session per table automatically, as others have stated occurring.

Same here. For some reason it seems to be the hands with bigger wins/losses? Running 6.4.

When I try to load the card catcher nothing happens except I get an infinite loading circle next to my mouse whenever it is on my desktop.

Hey Freak, just want to give you my first experience with the software since the bovada update. I am using the 6.4 version.

I just played a 3.5 hour session and everything went SMOOTHLY for the most part. BCC did miss 2 or 3 hands, defiantly 2 (big pots). First one was almost right off the bat, maybe 20 mins into my session for about 80 bb. The other big one I remember was towards the end (around 2.5-3 hour mark) for another pot about same size. Weirdly though PT4 didnt notice that it missed a hand (if that makes sense; it had no error in my "play poker" tab). Also, towards the end of the session BCC stopped recognizing my tables that I was moving to. It was about a 50/50 chance that BCC would recognize the table I was moving to. Even though BCC would have the new table listed in the list of the 4 tables I had open, my HUD would never show up on it and PT4 wouldnt catch the hands.

Regardless, I am very happy and I appreciate the hard work you and your team are doing. Thank you very much! Sorry for the long post

Daddy, That is unfaire without china version, you already make 4 version but no one can be used in china, really unfair here since we pay the same money here but got unfair treatment.

So please push it for china version of catcher, we are looking forward it much.

Does the PS version not work currently? Or is this just for people that want to use the color coded HUD. I am using PT4 and with each Beta I have tried only the PS version has worked in bringing a HUD up

wondering this too, used ps version for 500 hand session 37errors. Will it error less on ipoker version?

The new update seems to be working fine for me as far as cash games go as far as I can tell, but I just joined a tournament, and it says "waiting for tournament number" with no hud popping up. Are tourneys working for other people?

Ok, thanks. I'm not seeing this though. Can you go to settings on the catcher (only if you have ver 6.4), and enable logging. If this happens during a session for anyone, please send the log file from this directory to support:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Bovada Card Catcher\Logs

From this I can replicate what you played and fix it. I'll also need bcc.log which is here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Bovada Card Catcher\

You must have missed where I said we were working on it. We didn't know there was a specific issue w/ Bodog china until the other day. So since then we've setup a VPN and we've been running tests. I wish I could just snap my fingers and make a fix happen, but it doesn't work like that. Bodog china for some strange reason is doing something different, which they never did before. It was all the same data as bovada and bodog.eu previously.

Secondly, all of the fixes that are happening now will apply to bodog china any ways. So it's not like these don't apply to you.

Correct. PS isn't going to be supported anymore going forward. So you can still run it in that mode for now, but you're going to get a lot of errors like you're seeing. ipoker mode, you won't see any errors. So just go to settings on the catcher, and uncheck PS mode.

I spoke to the developer about this and he said if you change your hero name to anything else, say HEROX for example, then it eliminates this problem. He seems to think it's a bug in HM2. Every so often it will just miss a hand if this is case. It's all news to me, but it could explain how some others are missing certain big pots also (don't know this for sure). So try changing your hero name in settings on the catcher, and let me know if this resolves it. I can contact HM2 about this if it is indeed a bug.

switched to ipoker version, seems to be missing more hands and it will only open on 3 tables instead of 4 that i have up.. using newest beta posted earlier.

No tables show up on table finder when I use ipoker on bcc instead of ps mode.

Nevermind, figured it out, i have to redo the whole site settings over again. Used the online manual...

For everyone out there that is redownloading the new betas, make sure to do the site settings over because it doesn't autodetect, and that is likely the reason why youre missing hands...

As for hero not showing session stats, just double click to show it for hero.

Yeah, we're aware sometimes not all tables will come up. It's a bovada bug and we're working on a work around.

As far as hands, are you using HM2 or PT4?

Any idea why my tables would show up in the bcc table list, but the bcc isn't catching any hands? I'm using pt4, and i've gone through all the settings a few times and they seem right, and i went through the troubleshooting guide and nothing helps.

The HUD is working fine but i'm having an issue with real time updating to HM2.

It's a time configuration issue matching Card Catcher with HM2 site settings.

I can get the real time reports with an offset of 8 or 16 hour intervals but not my actual time zone. If i simply back the settings 8 or 16 hours HM2 stops reading, very strange.

It's not the end of the world as i can d/l hand histories later but it would be nice to get it set right.

For those playing in California, what do you have your Card Catcher and HM2 ipoker offsets to get your active sessions to work properly?
