Hi Rubrub... this is the support thread for the converter. If you have questions related to it, you can ask here about this product.

You can run the converter through parallels or a similar windows emulator as dark_horse suggested.

Hello, I had the trial version. Ive never really tracked cash games stats before, so im not sure if this is standard to have a few hands missing. Basically the net profit it shows in the Holdem manager is different than the amount of net wins from my ledger in the bovada software. It shows 547 duplicates, not sure if thats the issue or what. Is there supposed to be a little room for error, or is it supposed to be 100% correct? Any idea about these duplicates? thanks

HM2 advises they're updating licensing servers (http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...ml#post2423362) & encourages users to update to latest version to avoid interruption of service etc.... which will mean no more hole cards for us on the 8079 version.

Is that pretty much all there is to say on the matter?
Thanks

No, it should be 100% with no errors. Is it possible perhaps you missed a hand or 2 when downloading? With a 7 day window, this can happen. Or a hand didn't get in there because the client was closed down early. Anything is possible on that side. It's happened to me once before. But in terms of the data with the converter, there should be 100% accuracy.

Correct. But I've spoken with their CEO and he's open to possibly changing this back again. So we'll just have to wait and see what happens at this point. The only obstacle here is some people want to complain that EV is off when known hole cards are turned on. So if we can just get those people to understand you can't have it both ways, then we should be able to get this feature enabled again. I suggested placing a warning message that users need to acknowledge, that if they enable known hole cards, EV will not be accurate in HM2. If EV is that important, then you need to turn off known hole cards. Hopefully that will be an agreed upon solution.

I'm about to buy the tournament version, it works for Heads Up SNGS right? Just want to make sure before purchase, thanks.

Yes, it will work for HU's SNGs. There's a free trial that you can also use before hand to ensure it meets your needs. But it works as described.

I am thinking of upgrading to use the Omaha converter - does it support LO8 hands?

Yes, it's worked with LO8 hands. If you had any issues for any reason though, you can just let me know. But I haven't seen any recent problems with it.

Just want to go on the record and say that I completely agree with Dark_Horse in regards to this. I am wasting a lot of time going to adjust stakes. If you could somehow give the option to have all hands played on a 6max table labelled as 6max, that would be fantastic.

Thanks for your feedback, it's appreciated.

I still don't understand why you guys want heads up games labeled as 6-max just because the tables says 6-max, but ok. I did put a request into the developer about it.

I know the next feature going in is an automatic download option and reminder function. It will give you the option of putting up a reminder if you haven't downloaded after 6 days. You can toggle that option on or off.

Was using the converter for awhile and it worked great. Here recently it's been finding my hand histories as "files" and not "hands". Didn't change anything about the way I imported them. But now it's not recognizing them the same. Any suggestions?

Has anybody else noticed poker tracker is showing the time an hour behind? I'm pretty sure I was playing around 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm a few nights ago, and the hand history is time stamped 20:55 for example; but when I load it into pokertracker, it reads the game as 7:55 pm??

I uninstalled and re-installed bovada and the converter isn't working anymore.

Maybe if you can send me one of those invalid pot size errors you're seeing (I'd need the original bovada hand). I just used the converter today, but not with the latest PT and it was fine as usual (with bovada update).

I can send you the latest batch of files I ran (133 files or so). Both original and converted. Where should I send them?
Any luck on this one?

You likely have duplicate hands that are remaining in your converter folder, or you're converting from the wrong directory. Just go back over all of your steps and look at the hand directory (green circled one) to see if there are hands even in there.

Did you change player names with bovada? If you did it will change directory names on your system. Double check your bovada hand directories and make sure everything is correct.

Unless I'm crazy, I don't have any hands from you. Where did you send them to? But just FYI, we have zero known or reported issues with the latest converter version and latest PT4. I will definitely take a look at those for you though. Usually nothing slips by me though, but let me know where you sent them or PM me. Thanks.

Pokertracker is giving the wrong time! It's one hour behind. The raw data says: 14:07:43, but it's showing up as 1:07 pm? what gives?

email address removed. I'll send them again (just did), but I know you got them, or at least someone there did as I received an email reply saying it would be looked into. I only mention that not to be an ass, but in case there is already a ticket in your system for it and not to create a duplicate.

I'm having problems getting this working.

In my Bovada HH folder it is completely empty and not making a folder for my hero. I have installed the HH converter as well as the Card Catcher and am trying to run both, would love to get this working.

Does this allow you to capture in real time?
