1. How do I fix hands converted with errors? eg. one error file is blank - how do I know which ones did not successfully converts? If I re-convert all of the files that is already moved to the processed folder, would it be ok when the file name already changed?

2. Is there some way to show the tournament name as tag or description with either software?

3. How do I remove duplicates?

thanks!

Just downloaded the trial for this and is there anyway to auto import? I tried manual import folder, and HM2 said it imported all the files, but hands imported remains 0.

I apologize, my understanding was that the upcoming feature only renamed villains randomly. I didn't know we would have the option to name them ourselves as well

When I click Convert Folder to convert the folder my sit and go games are stored in it says that my

Files Are Found
Files Are Processed

Hands Aren't Found
Hands Aren't Processed

Read something about those with version 18 maybe needing to re-register.
I've watched the tutorial several times. Why aren't my hands from my Heads up sit and go games processing. I use Pokertracker. Please Advise. Your time is appreciated.

With HUSNG's, sometimes the final result is not being written by bovada. You have to manually add this for some of them. We're trying to work on a work around to add the result since it's not being written. I think the developer had an idea, but not sure where he is with it yet. I'll update when I know more.

The only times there are errors are when bovada doesn't finish writing a file, and that's usually at the very end of a file (if you look at the hand). It's typically when you've sat out, or didn't complete the hand. Otherwise, all the hands will be converted. And yes, once it's converted, the original goes to the processed hand folder.
2) It should already do this for most tournaments, but if there are some that don't, you can manually add this.
3) I'm not sure what you mean. The converter won't create duplicates. You shouldn't have this happening by PT either.

You're not doing something correct. Watch the tutorial video. You likely are not importing from the correct folder. Believe me, if there was a way to auto import hands, we would have done that by now. In hM1 we may have been able to do it, but not hm2. This is super easy to do how it is, but still confusing to some for whatever reason.

If you are new, that wouldn't pertain to you at all. You likely are not importing from the correct folder. Click on the video tutorial so you can make sure you're doing it correct. Once you do it one time, it's a breeze after that.

I just watched the video again and it seems like the HM2 screen in the tutorial also says Hands Imported: 0 (same as me). However, he selects the Hero player in the drop down list, but when I search Hero nothing shows up. Any help?

If I have the cash version instead of the tournament version will that affect my ability to convert heads up sit and go files?

The first time I ever used the program when I bought it, I was able to import 2 heads up sit and gos. Since then I haven't been able to find and process my hands when I convert the folder that my hand history files are downloaded into from bovada. I'm so sad. lol.

Those hands in the video, that part was re-done twice (you don't see it), and that's why it shows as zero hands. What hands are you trying to import? Cash or tournament? Do you have a registered version, or trial?

Only during the trial could you import tournament hands. Yes, you need the tournament version to import S&G's. It will not convert cash hands. The conversion process is completely different.

Can I speak with support and register the tournament version in place of my cash version.

Trial, and cash. I see the folder and I open the text files in it and it shows up as Pokerstars HH which seems correct to me (judging from what I saw in the tutorial).

Ok, once you convert them, then you just need to import from that fold and search for hero (or whatever name you chose to use) in your database.

My converter unregistered and I'm having the same problem trying to re-register it.

Yeah I have no idea what to say but I've followed all the steps in the tutorial and it just doesn't work for me.

Tr it again now, it should be fine.

Yeah, my developer is trying to do some work. Not only did we have to deal with a fire the other week, but having some difficulty with hackers the last several days. Fun stuff, but we'll get it resolved.

You're doing one of the steps incorrectly. Maybe try making a new DB to test it. It's very possible your database could be having issues. It works 100% assuming you do it properly.

Do you need any help developing? I've used the software and noticed many things that I would like to improve;

If not, expect some competition next year

If we wanted to track the hands of one Villain in particular that stands out among others

Sort of related - I cancelled a HH conversion by closing the program in the middle of the conversion process (b/c I incorrectly named myself "Hero2") and the HH seems to be lost in the abyss. So yeah, for other users, don't do that lol

Ha... No, we're fine. What would you like to improve though?

We have a list of things we're still adding. This isn't software you look to make money off of. This is a pretty limited and niche market. I still haven't broken even on it. It's something you use to build and introduce people to other products.
