CONVERTER Ignition/Bodog Hand History Converter Software - Page 143 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I'm back to using both. I use ICC/PT4 during my sessions. Then I download the HHs from Ignition and convert them to Pokerstars format using your converter software post session. Each software is set to PT4 for database. I get "invalid pot size" errors from both sides - during my sessions and post session when I try to download the converted HHs.

Just wanted to let you know I'm having a developer check your hand, so I'll update you when I know more. I've not seen any reports of invalid pot size from anyone, so I may need to get your actual log too, but I'll let you know. Ty.

Ok, thanks FD. FYI I switched back to PT4's hand grabber instead of ICC and getting the same type of errors during live sessions. I got multiple tickets open for PT4's support. I am having so many issues that I'm going to try a new fresh database this week.

I'll probably be staying with hand grabber for now aswell as they fixed the issue with HUD data being lost when the table closes, or I rebuy etc.

I will only need help from you guys when I tried to build a separate 2021 Ignition database to review. Take care

A friend of mine just gave me his raw hand history, if i convert this HH, will this mix with my hero data? If so, how can i prevent that from happening?

If you use the converter on default settings, yes. But in the middle of the converter you can set the Hero name to something else and convert with that setting, and then you won't have this issue.

Yeah, yw... just use anything else than hero and it won't mix the data.

Hi, I've just set up Hand2Note 3.3.1.32 with Ignition card catcher 2.15.9 on Windows 11. The HUD appears but doesn't seem to catch every hand. When looking through 'sessions' on H2note it also has my hands separated, some as 'hero', some various Ignition player numbers. Do you know why it's doing this?

But w/ the catcher, you need to make sure h2n's catcher is turned off. I can't say what's going on w/o seeing a log. I'd recommend click on settings in the catcher, create log, and sending the .zip file it creates to our support and they can further assist.

Hi again. I just want to confirm something. After converting and importing the hands to my database. technically its already a PS hand format so any software that support PS format will work with my HH right?

which options should be checked on for importing to H2n? I'm having some major issues where it seems to import player names fine but shows 0 hands by all players... tried both PT4/HM2, holecards on/off etc.
