is anyone else having issues with the ignition converter today? ive had no problem using it with pt4 for years, but i cannot find the hands that show as imported on pt4. i have the original and converted hand histories, and none of the hands are on pt4.

haven't used this in a while and i need help on renewing my license, for some reason the renew button on my app sends me to a 404 page.

Not really sure what happen. I got to renew my IHC license using this link but when I tried this link again for my BOL license it didn't work, i got it renewed by contacting support and getting a direct link though so all fix now.

Total noob here with a question. Everything has been working fine with my PokerTracker since February.

Now when I pull up pokertracker is has a message saying "This version of PokerTracker does not support the current version of the Ignition Hand Grabber"

So when I play now nothing is being gathered and displayed. What am I supposed to do? Thank you for your help.

That's a PT message, and it means you need to update your hand grabber. That's the internal catcher that you can purchase, but if you're using ours you need to disable it.

As a side note, that's a different product (ignition card catcher) than the ignition hand converter.

Because poker trackers ignition hand grabber is no longer beta, and they are now charging for it. If you want to run a HUD on there, then you can either purchase theirs, or we sell the ignition card catcher which is a little cheaper.

The Ignition hand converter will just convert hands from Ignition / Bovada so you can import them into a database. There's no HUD involved. I'm not sure if you already have a database. If not, you can also check out Drivehud which will track your data in real time, and you don't have to have a HUD running to do so.

Apologies, I missed this. You can download hand histories up to 7 days ago on ignition and then convert and import them. You can try and email Ignition's support and ask for more, they used to be good about releasing these, but sometimes they aren't now.

Set a daily or weekly reminder for yourself in your calendar. That's what I used to do.
