I simply exported the hands from my HM2 db to an external drive and then imported them in the new PC, but I'm wondering if you know what I did wrong. Should I have done anything with the folders where original and new bodog hands are kept? It also seems like hole cards are not shown for other players now. Do I need to revert my HM2?
It's very difficult to say what you did without having seen it. 1) You don't need to revert HM2. 2) I'd just copy over your HM2 archive folder (don't export). Just take all of those files from the archive, copy them over to your new system and import. If you don't know the location, it's in site settings in HM2, click on ipoker, and you'll see it listed at the top.
That should get all of your hands over. The export isn't quite as reliable I don't think.
