I don't know if my settings are wrong or what is happening. I've emailed Ignition they say they reset everything. Is everyone experience a significant amount of duplicates and errors? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I think you need to clear out your previously imported hands. You have way too many hands sitting in your folders. Move your hands out of this folder somewhere else:
C:\Users\(your pc name)\Documents\IgnitionHandHistory
I know 4-5 days ago, when they did their last update, for about 2 days hands were all garbled from ignition. Then it was fine again. I don't know what's going on with them, but I can assure you, the converter itself is working 100% fine. Any hands I've got that haven't converted, the original hands were totally messed up. In some of the hands I'm talking about from the other day, there was a variable just sitting in the hand history like this - [bet amount] with no amounts.
I'm going to download a new batch of my own recent hands. I'll let you know if I see anything else, but we can look at your conversion log, and I'm going to bet a lot of those hands are just messed up from them. I'm really not sure why some people are having this happen now, and not others. It's a pain. But check some of the original hands or your log:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Ignition Hand Converter\Log
You'll be able to see if there's a lot of error in the original hands in there. And the only thing I can suggest is ask them again to reset the hands. Hopefully they sort this out for good. They had it working fine, and it seems like they messed something up again. Right now, as I'm typing, I can't even login.
