I bought Ignition card catcher and converter combo and have couple questions:

1. Why I can not convert caught hands with catcher and save on Hand2Note(I can convert downloaded hands from Bovada but not caught hands see attached files)? I like to analyze my hands immediately after sesion and some software only takes converted hands.
I already have Drivehud so if converter does not convert immediately caught hands I don't really need converter...

2. I use 2 PC's ( desktop and laptop) . Can I use Catcher and converter on both using the same license? I never use them at the same time

1) You can. H2n just released some new ignition catcher that I'm told isn't totally working yet. You need to disable it and ICC will work w/ H2n.

2) 1 license is good for activation on 2 systems.

Please keep in mind Ignition just had an update so ICC is not working right now.

No, you can import ignition hands directly into Drivehud 2. No need for the converter.

I'd recommend just importing the original ignition / bovada hands. If you open the converter, you'll see a directory listed as original hands. Just point DH2 to that directory and it will import and combine the data.

You're not pointing the converter to the correct directory or files. Double check you have the correct directory / files selected by opening file explorer and navigating to the bovada hand history directory.

Happy new year FD,
I've been talking to the PT4 support about getting these "invalid pot size" errors that show up both during live sessions and importing converted hands history fixed.
They are now blaming it on your guy's software big surprise, right? Here is the inform from my recent PT4 ticket:

PokerTracker Support on Dec 28, 2021, 4:49:50 PM
Our QA person says the hand history is wrong:

I calculate the post as 4340, so the error is valid. 1600 antes + 740 all-in + 1000 SB + 1000 from the BB to match the SB. The extra 1000 is returned and is not part of the won pot, so the payout amount is specified incorrectly in the generated HH.

Therefore you may want to bring this to the attention of the maker of the hand grabber you're using.
Mike

Are you able to talk to PT4's Mike or someone else over there or do I have to e-mail the info to guys and become the middle guy? Thanks

Are you using the card catcher, or the converter? Because if you're using the converter )and this is the converter support thread), I need the original hand. If you're using the catcher, double check that you have PT4 set in settings as your database.

Whatever database you're using, make sure you have enable opponent hole cards enabled in your replayer.

I'm back to using both. I use ICC/PT4 during my sessions. Then I download the HHs from Ignition and convert them to Pokerstars format using your converter software post session. Each software is set to PT4 for database. I get "invalid pot size" errors from both sides - during my sessions and post session when I try to download the converted HHs.

This error happened after my session trying to import the converted HHs into a new 2021 review PT4 database.
Here is the original download HHs before I converted it. Thanks:
