CONVERTER Ignition/Bodog Hand History Converter Software - Page 140 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

For anyone else facing the same problem, all I had to do was go into settings and change the database to PT4 instead of Holdem Manager. This allowed me to import all the hands in HM3 with no errors.

i used the converter on all three supported database and they worked pretty good. well.. i used up my free trials but it takes a load of my mind knowing that which ever database i choose to stick to, it will work without a problem. Thanks

Is there a way for me to change the email where the serial remind is sent? I kinda lost access to my old email. right now, its not causing an issue because i have all my serials saved on notepad but just wondering if i can do it myself or do i need to contact support for something like this?

You can add the other licenses, but there's no upgrade for this product.

It only shows that if your bank is denying the payment. Usually it's american express that will do that sometimes. Is there another payment method you can use?

I just switched over to HM3 this past year. Went to covert my hands and tried to import it into HM3. Only about half the hands were imported successfully.

I tried to import the files from the original ignition hands files as well, and had no additional success.

Any ideas what I may be doing wrong? Thanks.
