In your spot spot igoring 4 way all-in would only mean that when icmizer is building actions tree and assigning probabilities to all its leafs, it will assign zero probability only to following leaf:
If you shove, AND bb calls, BTN will fold automatically. In reality however he may have some kind of range to call this triple all-in before him, for example KK+. However it happens on a very rare occasion, thats why here results are not really affected by limit of only 3-way spots.
From poker experience you should know how rarely 4 way all-ins happen.
Ignoring them doesn't affect calculations much.
Instead you should edit those 8% ranges in your spot, to get better results, assigning better range estimations to players at the table.
