Hey guys, I started playing on Carbon Poker due to the USA online poker hiatus. I haven't been able to figure out how to get Holdem Manager up and running on that site. Any tips/tricks to help me out? I'd really appreciate it.

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

I gave Name the Popup DEFAULT Main Popup, when i do this HEM crashes when the hud is exported... When name has a different or no pop up it does not crash.......

Im really new to using HEM but, when I go to reports then right click on the hands via blind level that I want to view nothing comes up. Do you need pokerstove to replay hands in HEM? Also when i click on the game type descriptions it says save grid as CSV file fairly sure i saw a friend just right click and get the replayer to work in past on his computer

Hi i bought HEM2 like 3-4 days ago and everytime i click on HUD Options the HEM crashes...
I did write to the support and got a reply after 2 days ...
the suggestions that he brought up sadly didnt help. And now im stuck again and cant use it.

I can't work out where the number for the EV line in the graph comes from.. When I have the graph set to USD, my winnings line represents the "$ USD" number from reports. The EV line should therefore represent the "$ USD (EV adjusted)" number (I presume anyway)but it doesn't.

I'm re-installing windows shortly, and want to make sure I don't lose anything in HEM. Can you please confirm this is all I need to do:

Backup & Restore manager: >> backup then >> restore via same application after reinstall?

Is there anyway I can save my HUD setting (as well as other, general settings)?

i was wondering why the net winngings for this type of tournament is 0?
btw its $6 HUSNG Turbo...

how is my net winngins showing 0 on my HEM2 sessions reports when i have won atleast 75-80% of them??????

You need to left-click the actual hand in the lower window pane first, before you right-click it, to get the option to Replay Hand. If you single right-click without a left-click the hand is not actually selected yet.

When can we expect an update of HM2 that has NC2.2?

I like the new software a lot, despite it being a buggy mess =P. It's gonna be really, really good once the bugs are sorted out.

I have a problem with HM Sync. I have one computer that has all of my database, and the other one was empty. I tried using HM Sync to put my hands on the 2nd computer, but a lot of hands are missing. I tried re-synching, but it's not finding "new" batches to upload.

Also, I have a suggestion for HM Sync. It would be great if it could also sync player notes.

Speaking of notes, is there a way to import notes from a poker client into HM2?

Edit: oh, and I'm having trouble with the graph tab. Once I zoom, it's really, really hard to make it do what I want it to do. A "reset changes" button or something would be great.

just got back from 5 mths away, updated hem to most recent version and says failed to create empty document when i try to launch hud. hud wont woirk. help plz

does hem1 cake hud work now?

HEM2 works flawlessly for my cash games, but lately whenever I've been playing in a MTT it shows either like my lifetime numbers or my this months numbers or something. Anyway its 2.5k hands worth of stats which I don't want. I wan't this current tournament or maybe this current table would be even better. Basically its handling my name as it if were an opponents name. Needz fixin'.

Stats don't line up. The session history show last x hands....uh the LAST hands and earlier ones are sometimes switched? wtf open close the program graph kinda changes too lol...

I want more stats to add to reports like fold to 3bet etc? no idea why such basic stat is not added yet
