I'm having trouble with HEM 2. At first I couldn't get any of the stats under the correct players, which is still the main problem but I've put preferred seating on PartyPoker and matched it with my HUD options on HEM2 but still to no avail.

They are roughly in the correct order (all the boxes of the players match the table seating) but they are all over the place, they are not really near the players. They go in a circle basically that is smaller than the table itself, so some will be under the correct players, others are completely out of position in the middle of the table. How do I fix this? I'm on PartyPoker btw

This program is awesome. Just super bugged. I get many many buggy things everywhere it seems.

I plan on upgrading my licences in a week or 2.

Can someone give me a quick steer on upgrading from HM1 to HM2? I need to reinstall windows 7 so have created a backup of HM1. I now notice that HM2 is out - if I re-install Windows and get HM2 can I use the HM1 backup I've created to get the database plus settings? I realise that HM2 will have it's own settings and need tweaking etc but I'm guessing some things will carry over from Hm1. another option is setting up HM2 and then backing up before reinstalling windows, then doing a restore but this would take longer.

Don't ATM it is a total total waste to install hem2. You could do better things with your money and time.

It is a little buggy but I've never once had the HUD/postgres server crash out in HM2, whilst it used to happen frequently for me in HM1.

It is also a lot faster on my Windows 7 when displaying even 1000 hands.
(A LOT faster for a huge amount of hands.)

Right clicking the HUD to see opponent's made hand ratios for different lines/bet sizing is pretty cool.

I've grown to prefer it already and am looking forward to trying out street by street HUD once that bug is fixed.

(Though I don't like the dark theme one bit. Default theme all the way for me.)

If you click the box now you get the popup with the tabs, this allows you to have all the info you want and a lot more without taking up all the space the main popup did, you can still assign the main popup to a stat and get it if you hover over it. You can also configure how the popup with tabs looks in Hud Options > Main popup

Can you email the export hud file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and also recap the issue your having or link to this post and well look into that.

Is this a specific report or all reports wont update? What country are you in and if you go to settings in the ribbon what have you set as culture?

You can just right click the stats box and drag them to where you like and they should line up fine then once preferred seating is setup ok.

Yeah youll need to restore the backup with HM1 and then import from HM2 via the database control panel > import option. You should be able to carry over most things, hud settings, huds, popups, notes etc

Let me know if you've any issues

Yeah I meant that. But I didn't got it... but now I did when i click a name I get the main pop up and then it seems to work.. but not when i click the black background of hud (the box). Thanks for answering.

What is the "export hud file"? Do you mean the error report I get when I click export hud. I also sended the error reports every time when it crashed itself.

Be very careful doing this using HEM2s built in backup/restore. I did exactly this and the backup/restore failed to work properly and I had to create my DB from scratch using my HH backup.

Cancelling my Hem1 License

You CANNOT be serious I bought this item in good faith, You HAVE to let me use it as its mine.

If you disable my license so I cant use the product I purchased, I would hate to see your lawyers bill when i sue for for misrepresenting the product when you originally sold it to me.

You will be perhaps the only Company in the history of sales who has disabled the use of a product after its purchase. If that is the case I want a full refund of he cost of HM1 and the associated products I purchased with it., because it isnt fit for use.

If you cant export the HUD without a crash, please send us the main hud file: prefs.xml

Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'prefs'. Email this log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link tot his thread and your forum name.

The backup/restore should never be your only method of backup as nothing is 100% without error, but it should be fairly reliable if you are using the same version of windows and postgresql (and both are installed to the same drive).

The code is disabled after 6 months because you did not pay full price for two licenses. You received a discounted price to upgrade from HM1 to HM2.

We will be happy to reasonably extend the HM1 license if you contact us after 6 months with a specific request for such or you can purchase a full HM2 license.

i'm seeking help to get the HUD to work on Cake.

on plo8 cash (ring) tables.
i understand the issue with player names and having to manually place the HUDs, and possibly having to do it 1 table at a time. i am unable to get any HUD to appear, i'm asking for help to just get HUDs to appear.

i have HEM1, specifically OmahaManager
i am updated to latest release 1.12.06
it is a new database
language is set to English
hands are importing correctly

table manager recognizes the tables that are open, but doesn't attach or populate (by that i mean # of players always remains 0/x). i have tried to use Table Finder, dragging the 'red square w/ the triangles', and yet no success.

I just tested a few hands and had no problems.

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

to be sure i understand your instructions.

because they are less then clear, and perhaps I'm not as comp.savy as you presumed.

1. if i'd like to retain copies of custom HUDs I may have made and use, i should retain copies (by exporting) because I will be subsequently deleting them from HEM. i am not however deleting the entire Config folder as part of step 1.?

1a. using HUD options>player preferences>export..i get a pop up that tells me to select a site under the 'use for tab', presently "any site" is selected however when looking at the drop down list...Cake is not on the list.

3. where is my HUD Prefs file located?

4. with regard to \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml,
i have 3: prefs which is an XML document and is the one currently being modified, prefs.xml_1.04.13 a 13 file, and pres.xml_1.05.08 an 08file, should i be deleting all 3? or just prefs?
the other 5 files you wish me to delete --no problem

I would like some help with HM1 please. On my HM hands page all the hands are white instead of green and red for hands won and lost and also when i open a hand played in the replayer the equity % no longer show?

by these things work on my pc HM and i would like them to work on my laptop HM aswell but im not sure how to do it?

Hi. I really need your help.

I have Small Stakes HEM1 Omaha. My HEM doesn't recognize euro tables on Everleaf, and on ELG, Euro is the prominent currency.

I have contacted support many times. They were able to duplicate my problem. (Hello, Thank you for the information. I have duplicated the problem and have sent this to the development team. It will now be assigned a priority for a future release but I have no ETA for when that will happen at the moment. Regards

1. the config folder will not be deleted
1a.you can ignore this popup, the huds are not connected to a site so this question makes no sense.
3. Its the file prefs.xml in the config subfolder. If you have "hide known file extensions" enabled in the windows folder options it may just be displayed as
prefs .....xml file or something similar.
4. see 3. you can skip the prefs files with numbers in the name
5. after deleting this you may have to use the tablefinder one more time but after this it should work.

Enable Options -> Settings -> Misc. -> Use winning / loosing row colors
Enable Replayer -> Show Win %

Are you playing cash game or SnGs/MTTs. And what do you mean with doesn't recognize? If the Hud is not working does it work with table finder? I

Morny....did you ever have a chance to look at this. I never received the email that you said you were going to send on my outstanding issues. I'd really like to be able to export the HEM 2 hands to use as an archive since I do not have my original HH's other than my recent merge hands.

Also, I am still waiting on the merge LHE fix to be implemented on HEM 1.

Hello. I have MH1, play cash games on wptpoker (party skin) and the "betting" feature in the HUD doesn't work. It doesnt show up. Live tracking is enabled.

When I refresh my session the totalsrefresh but the hands do not show up. I am talking about the sessions under the reports tab. I just updated HM2 today and problem started today.
