If you are getting a registration error, it is probably because the site is still down for maintenance.

The site should be back up and HM2 live within a couple of hours.


If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

ive just installed hem2, after uninstalling and reinstalling, and ive added a weeks worth of hands and it sais its only 200 hands, and sais im losing when im not... doesnt seem like its added all the hands, and the stats are all over the place. ?? ?

The stats can be arranged with the right mouse key, similar to HM1.
About the hands: which site and gametype are the hands from? Where all hands imported? And please check your playername, date/time and filter settings.

You can still continue using HEM1.

Seems to still be pretty slow performing with a second (or more) delay between switching tabs and such. Are you guys working on this? It's just so so so tilting.

Every time I've tried to use HM2 since I got a beta code I've eventually just got pissed off and gone back to HEM. HM2 has got plenty of cool new features but I just can't take the performance issues.

whenever i use HEM it does not import all of the hands i am playing only around 75% i'm guessing but all the hands do show up on my HUD, for example if my HUD says i have played 12 hands when i look at my HEM it says i have only played 9 hands, I play on the Ipoker network titan to be specific and this problem has only just suddenly happened because it used to work and when i played on FTP it worked as well. It is HEM 1 but i have updated it to the latest version. Thanks any help would be appreciated.

FWIW, I wouldn't buy HEM2 yet. There's a 30-day trial, use it. It is stable for the most part, but there are still a lot of bugs / stats missing / stats being labeled poorly / etc. Really shouldn't be retail yet, but they are rushing it kind of. Still with the 30 day trial it isn't a huge deal, but use it.

Why do i only have 21 days left in my trial? I download the trial yesterday. Wasn't supposed to be 30? I have HM2 installed since it became a public beta and reported a lot of bugs and now i only have 21 days?

I would assume that some of the days were lost due to the various beta code expiration dates that we would manually extend during the beta period. If you need more time after the 21 days just send an email to hm2support and we can extend the trial.

1) Is there no graph in trial? I went to reports>more reports> graph but its grayed out.

2) Reading the upgrade small print, you lose HM1 license after 90 days?

I just purchased HEM2, upgrading from HEM1, but when I copy and paste the reg code I am told 'no valid code found'. I would have checked this out on the HEM forum, but I am getting a HTTP 404 error, unfound web page, when I try it.

Not panicking yet, will use HEM1 for the moment, just thought you should know...

Just downloaded the trial. Started the HUD up on some stars.fr tables and it comes up fine, but it doesn't display the number for 3bet. I haven't altered the config in any way, literally just tried it straight out of the box. If i turn on abbreviations, the 3bet Ab shows up, but again no number next to it and really weirdly if I hover the mouse of the area where a number should be, the 3bet pop up shows up.

The initial stat in the default HUD was 3bet.total. I have found the PF 3bet stat and replaced it and in the HUD config and that seems to work. I can't for the life of me find where the 3bet.total came from if I did want to replace it in the future (and what is the difference between the two).

Guys it is really bad. Why do you sell product that is still buggy as hell?? I mean I purchased combo pack (same as for HM1) and just can't set anything.
Tried to import my hud+pop ups from HM1 and nothing works. HUD miss stats so there is like half my stats ,same problem with popups.
I play also on a site where there is no official support and I use hand graber. In HM1 I had table manager and I could easily set everything via table finder. Now I just can't even set table manager.

What you are describing is definitely not typical and we need to have one of our tech support members set up a team viewer session with you to see and respond first hand.

I exported HUD from HM and imported in HM2 (3times almost same result).
I fixed the popup problem but the rest is just not working. I PM'ed you hopefully you will be able to set for me Team Viewer session.

This may be caused by a corrupt database, or perhaps a conflicting security software program.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Set exceptions - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...%28Firewall%29

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe


Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right-click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMImport.exe, HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe


*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

If you continue to have problems, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Some ongame clients use a different folder than others to save the hands after their software was updated recently.
