Hi, I cant get HUD to work on party poker. It only works on 2 of tables on party poker right now, even though I had 4 tables up. Meanwhile HUD works fine on pokerstars.

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator. Do the same for the main Poker Sites executable files.

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Also set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Go to the Control Panel and open the Regional and Language Options and select English (US) as the "Current Format".
This just tells Windows to use the . as a decimal separator when it parses numbers.
Restart your PC.
Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+
Make sure you follow the directions exactly.
Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it
If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.
Left-click and drag the red X to that table window
Click OK

You can display your winnings in any of these currencies - conversions are automatically taken care of. This is regardless of the site so if you are displaying a graph of an alias all the winnings from all sites are converted to your chosen currency.

You can filter pots based on their size in BB's on the flop, turn or river as well as many other filters but it is not possible to filter out the "money" that went in before the river when looking purely at your river bluffs.

Saw River = True
Saw Showdown = False

As a guide with the above filters if winnings are negative you are not bluffing enough. If you have massive winnings with this filter your probably bluffing too much.

Also "generally speaking" as long as your W$SD is above 50% your doing fine. If below 50% your either going to the river too much or getting caught with too many bluffs.

You mean when you move a HUD panel on one table it does not move on any other tables? If so go to HUD Options ---> Table Preferences and select "WYSIWYG"

Ive been playing the anonymouse tables on the microgaming network. A week ago, when I first started playing them, i could double click on my hud to get stats for that session alone, which is important because "player 1" "player 2" and all the other players at the table are different people every session. Now when I start a session and double click, it doesnt start fresh, I just started a session and when I double click on the hud next to each players name, it still starts off with 100-500 hands on them. what can i do to make it so that each session i play will start fresh when i double click on the huds, so that i can get accurate stats? thanks.

Hey,

I'm having alot of trouble with HEM reporting my tournament results. It has all the tournies I enter, but is selective and mostly misses my cashes. How do tourny imports works, is this a common problem? How do I troubleshoot? I just updated the latest version and ran another import on my hands. Fwiw it says that of 177 tournys, 162 are completed and 15 are not finished (they are finished).

I have marked hands in PC1
I want to export those MARKED hands ( I mean not the hand , I want to export the MARK)

The idea is . Play in PC1 , mark hands when playing , export the whole session to PC2 and review marked hands in PC2

Is it possible ?

When I try to start HEM, I get an error message that says "failed to establish connection to '127.0.0.1'. Then a Database Control Panel pops up. When I hit connect it still doesn't connect. Any help with this would be greatly be appreciated.

It should work with the double click. Can you try our latest release 1.12.05? http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

I guess you are playing on Stars? For new tourneys:
Stars now supports the writing of summaries directly to your computer: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...+Summary+Setup

For older tourneys you have to request tournament summaries manually: Pokerstars > Requests > Tournament Histories...
and import the data from the mail: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...and+Histories+

Then import them manually to HM.

This is not supported. The marking sign is just a flag in the database which is not exported with the hand. The only way it would work is create database backup in PC1 and restore this into a new database on PC2 - which is a lot of work but the only solution.

Solutions:
1. Reboot your computer
2. If that doesn't help look for the hidden system file postmaster.pid in the postgresql data folder, delete it and reboot your computer again.
3. Check the postgresql service in the windows services (control panel->administration). Sometimes it helps to change the Logon As.. to "local system account"

I just downloaded tablescanner and im having a few problems on a few sites:
Ongame: I click scan and get the message "Install Java acess bridge". I hit "yes". I get the pop-up "installation finished! Restart the goalwin client please". I restart the client and select ongame and click scan and get the same popup again. Now when i click "yes" to installing the java acess brige, the popup just dissapears. If i click "no", i get the same second popup saying that installation was successful and to restart goalwin. I did restart goalwin, and i also tried restarting my computer completely. Same problem.

888poker: When I do a scan it only shows 1 table (no matter how many there are at the sake i select). It doesnt show any of the players that are at that table either.

Prima/Microgaming: I have 32red, which isnt supported. Any clue on when that one will be supported? if its not for a while i may download a different skin.

I'm looking for some clarification on the Tourney Hud Filter setup.
What I want is stats tracked when the player has 15+ BB, and different stats for when he has less than 15BB. (1-14bb)


Is this setup correctly for that?

You should implement a feature where you can make a note on each individual stat on your HUD, so for example i double click the 4bet stat and can make a note saying "4bet A3o btn vs bb".

would make note taking so much more efficient and easier to extract information from.

the HUD is really messed up for Merge. I have talked to a couple other people as well and they are all having the same problem for Merge MTTs. The HUD does not remember it's position, so each player's box is always in a different spot from table to table, and the HUD does not even show up at all for 6 max tables.

Is this something you guys have heard of yet? What can be done?

You can delete the files which save the positions:
1. close HEM
2. navigate to the config subfolder of your Holdemmanager installation (something like c:\program files\rvg software\holdemmanager\config)
3. Delete the files pospref.txt, pospref2.txt and pospref4.txt

We are just investigating it. Can you send us some screenshots of the tables, the tablemanager and the contents of the HEM subfolders importing\hem data and importing\hud data to support@holdemmanager.com?
