tourney--> results--> dataview--> in the top half of the screen select the tourney.
Now in the bottom half of the screen only the hands from that tournament should be shown, so you can select those hands and replay them.

1. Note your database connection settings from database management in HM.
2. Close holdemmanager.
3. Go to the folder config in the holdemmanager installation path.
4. Rename the folder holdemmanager.config (It may be just called holdemmanager if you have extensions turned off) to holdemmanager.config.corrupt or something like that.
5. Under Vista make sure that UAC is switched off and check the administrator settings for holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe under properties->compatibility.
6. Restart Holdemmanager.
7. Holdemmanager reinstalls and displays some messages and warnings.
8. A new holdemmanager.config file with default settings is generated.
9. Reconfigure your database connection.
10. After successful start reconfigure your Auto-import settings and test.
If that fails then do a full REVO uninstall.

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM:

My hud display tends to overlap other windows I choose to pop up.Very annoying when I try to multitable 10 tables at a time.Choosing to highlight someones stats and it being covered automatically with hud stats.
HUD Options ---> Table preferences ---> Disable "Force Ontop"

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
Please install the latest version:
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator. Do the same for the main Poker Sites executable files.
Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off.
Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Also set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Go to the Control Panel and open the Regional and Language Options and select English (US) as the "Current Format".
This just tells Windows to use the . as a decimal separator when it parses numbers.
Restart your PC.
Please check this FAQ to make sure you’ve the correct import folders setup for your site

How can I switch the default settings for my Hud other then clicking on the HM icon and switching it manually each time I join a new table.

These problems never occured during my time on Pokerstars multitabling.
If you could help me with these problems in a step by step method that would make my grinding sessions much more tolerable. Thanks!
Configure the preferred seating of your poker client and the seating preferences in Holdem Manager accordingly.

* open one table, play at least one hand
* move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions
* table manager -> file -> save positions
* now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand before the stats move to the correct positions/players.
