It will skip over the duplicates much more quickly than when it imported them. You can also separate/organize the various hands.txt files from stars support into smaller groups, or import them individually (Import Files 1 at a time) if there aren't too many individual files.

I just finished a session and at the end of it I played a guy in like 6 HUSNG's. I noticed that in my HEM it was showing that I won games that I actually lost. I didn't have this problem any other time only against this guy, the other games were accurate.

I also noticed this in the replayer when looking at hands vs. this opponent. Look at where his screenname should be.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Anyone else having trouble with HEM on ongame?
Just started playing on Betfair and tablemanager isn't finding any of the tables. All the hands import just fine to the database though. It worked just fine yesterday with red kings.

I updated to latest HEM and it didn't help.

The problem is most likely because of all the various ongame skins.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK.

Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Select the table name to highlight it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK, then Yes
.


If you continue to have problems, try the following -

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Stars just changed win titles on SNGs killing HM hud.

NM they changed back after 10 minutes, guess it was a stars problem.

How to make the hud stats show how many tables my opponents are playing on? For me this is maybe the most important information, because the 1-tablers play completely different in micro cash games than the rest, but can't figure out how to put it in there.

You need to be using the table scanner app and add the HUD Options > Player Preferences > Available Stats > Misc > Multi Table

You will need to backup the database manually via pgadmin.

I would suggest you also backup everything else manually as the pgadmin wont backup your config, huds, filters, reports, etc.

all my hands are imported properly, but no hud is shown
i checked that my configuration is used for entraction, cash games, all table sizes, also with the same settings my hud is working properly at party

One thing i've noticed. I the have small takes version. Why is it that when i 9-table micro cash games the hud only shows in like 4-6 of the tables. I've been to all of the tables for enough time to see the hud. So there seems to be a limit of in how many tables the hud can show on.

Is this limit changeable from the settings, if so how? Or is it a version thing that in small stakes you can't have hud for more than 4-6 tables or so?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe


Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

It sounds like you are playing on pokerstars fast tables. They updated their software and fast tables recently so you need to update hm.

Hi

I have been in contact with 888poker asking them to send me the hands that I played on there site beacuse of some problems I have had importing.

they askt me what format I did want the HH to be in .csv or .html format what is best?
and also if non of them works great is it someway i can convert them so I can import them?

Wow you seem to know everything. Yes I play on pokerstars and also mostly on fast tables (i have my pokerstars cash filter so i 9-table in both fast and regular speed tables, but it's usually mostly fast tables). Thank you, i'll try to update. I think my mistake was that for some reason i thought HeM would automatically update itself or alert when new update is out. My bad. Ty again.

You want them sent in the original/same format as the hands are written by the poker client. I am not sure off the top off my head what format 888/pacific uses (I have a feeling it is .XML or .LOG), but no sites use .CSV as default, so ask for the html if that is not the same format).

HM1 does not have an auto-update feature but HM2 does. If you ever have issues with HM1 I suggest you always start your trouble-shooting by downloading the latest update from our downloads page, or the latest beta from the sticky in our releases forum.

Is C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager\Config\StatRanges.xml your correct Holdemmanager Installation folder? This is not the default Path.
Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibility tab.

When I play tournaments/sngs/HUSNG's my HUD doesn't display the hud but when I play cash it is always fine. The table manager recognizes the tables too so find it kinda weird.

The most common cause of no HUD in tourneys while it works for cash games is having your poker client in a non-English language.
