nvm figured it out. if anyone has that same problem in the future, the date and time have to be on the same line for it to import correctly.

HM2 is still a beta - so i wouldn't recommend uninstalling HM1.
All your hands are moved to the archive (default c:\hmarchive). From there you can import them to the other program (Hm1) via import file/folder and you can copy the whole folder to a new computer and import it manually there.

Go to Tourney > Results > Dataview and select the tourney in the upper window. The last 100 hands will be displayed in the bottom window for that tourney. Select [x] All to see all the hands from that game.

They are sorted by time, with the last hand of the game at the top of the list. If you wanted to replay a tourney from start to finish you would click the Time column heading twice to resort them in chronological order. Right click any hand in the list and choose Replay All Hands.

If you’re doing a clean reinstall or moving HM to a new computer you should consider the following.

We have a backup and restore feature within Holdem Manager that makes it easy for you to backup all your settings, hand histories and files.
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...up+%26+Restore

This is a new feature and there are some compatibility issues with it so if you have any problems you can do this manually by following the instructions below:

Export and Import your Hand Histories and/or backup and restore your database

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...store+Database

Export any custom HUD configs - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ort+HUD+Layout

Export Your Notes
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/notes-02.jpg

Export Your Bonuses and Rakeback – Options > Rakeback & Bonuses http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/...bonuses-01.jpg

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries

This is not possible, the rake is always handled as $. When we introduced the multi-currency support this was not implemented and it is still an open issue like some other currency related things (EV calculation, tourney support)

so i can not set up HEM to import rake as euro? so if the site is euro table, will HEM import euro into DB and convert to USD or HEM just import euro into DB without any conversion (dealt as USD)? This will make euro rake incorrectly, wouldn't it?

HM will import the rake without conversion - yes, this makes the value incorrect.

HM does actually convert the rake paid on €EUR tables to $USD the same as it does for converting €EUR won to $USD won. There are stats which you can add to your reports for rake paid in all currencies.

Rake (rake paid without currency conversions)
Rake in USD
Rake in EUR
Rake in GBP

Hey, I use HEM for quite some time. I havent played for about two weeks and then when I come back I dont see the HUD anymore.
the auto import is fine
I tried to relaunch etc, doesn't work
looks like there is a problem with the table manager, the statistics per table remain as if no hand was played (I tried to close and open, doesnt work)
what could cause this? How do I fix the hud?

Thanks a lot!

Just want to make sure if I play two tables at the same site, one euro and one usd, and I rake one euro at euro table and one USD at usd table, HEM can reconize that and display under Rake in USD or Rake in EUR properly with the conversion rate I set?

thanks

I have to apologize for my wrong answer - i thought this was not working and never fixed. Nice to hear that it works.
And if this is the case HM will recognize the currency for each table correct and use the conversion rates.

Hy guys

just a quick question ...

I have my Hem trial up and running and everything is working fine
but here my question :

I looked arround on Hem help forums for a good 180 turbo Hud config .
but didn't really found a good one.

Maybe someone here can give me a link or description on what are good
stats to show ( i been working on it fo couple of days but don't really found
a good set up )

For the moment i have Vpip , Pfr , limp and hands . It gives me some kind of impression on the players but sometimes not a good one ( 180 turbo small sample size and i don't really know how to set it up , i mean that it gives me the most accurate description of the players grrrr )

Would be awesome tx

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

If that doesn't help:

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/wi...howextensions/

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

If you are still unable to get it working Please email support@holdemmanager.com, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so we can schedule a Teamviewer session.

Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Module - http://www.holdemmanager.com/teamviewer. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you.

You should try searching/asking in the MTT-SNG Strategy forums here. Or find something from our forums you can use as a starting point to build from.

Here are a few popular threads with 10k+ views I found by searching 'tournament' in the HUD repository sub-forum. Searching the forums can be difficult when using 3 letter keywords like 180, mtt, sng, etc.

Try sorting the main index by clicking on the Views or Replies column headings to find other popular threads.

Hi small stakes 1.11.07

after recent version upgrade, default database switched to 'holdemanager' db, now unable to connect back to previous db - get message that 'impoort for new hud stats make take while', eventually software doesnt respond so I have to redirect to holdemmanager db to use HEM.

Ideally want to merge to the two db's but quick fix would be to go back to original

Bit of a noob to the sql.

Any help appreciated.

The latest HM Update runs a update to the database structure which will take some minutes or hours depending on your database size. During this procedure Holdemmanager will display "..not responding..". This update has to be done with your old database. Start HM and go to the database management, set your old database to default and restart HM. Now the database update will start and you should let it run to the end.
If that doesn't work the only way is to reimport all your hands to the new database. You should find them in the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive). From there you can import them via import file/folder.
