For some reason I cant open the hand replayer anymore. When i double click on a hand or when I right click and select "replay selected hands" nothing happens either way. Advice?

So I recently moved some money onto RPM and noticed that my HEM results were off a bit after a few sessions. I looked into my hands to try and find out what the problem was and noticed that every time I open the SB and the BB folds I only get credit for winning .5 bbs instead of 1 bb.

Obviously this has had a pretty minimal impact on my results so far- but as I play more hands it will become significant.

Is this a known/common bug? any fixes?

fwiw I searched the forums and couldn't find anything regarding this. Also, I tried updating to the most recent version of HEM to see if that would fix it but that was no help.

Are you using the latest version? If not, can you update and try importing a few hands into a new test database?

Subject: Wacky HUD on iPoker

I've just started on iPoker. My HEM HUD works fine on 1 table except that if I get disconnected then when I reconnect the table positions are all changed and I have to check ipoker's "autocenter" off and then on again to correctly position the players back next to the correct HUD stats.

However, when on 2 or more tables, the player stats begin in the wrong place on the 2nd and subsequent tables. If I move them around so they are near the correct players then the first table's stats get moved to and are all in the wrong place.

How should I have my settings within HEM and on iPoker so it works? Is there a setup FAQ you can point me to?

I updated earlier and there was no change. Just created a new test DB with a few hands and that seems to have fixed it... will let you know if there is any problems after I move all the hands to the new DB.

how can I mark a torny hand at table for late view in HEM?

Not require any action but just want to mention that, HUD is some time working with betsafe (ongame skin) some time not, when not, I have to find the table again to make it work. Just for information.

was sick of uninstalling windows update, so I dl'ed newest update and ran it. When I started auto import, it said ' satrting auto import' but never did anything after that or import any new hands.

I checked my import folders and they seemed to be okay.

So i tried restarting hem and now the initialzation screen pops up but then disappears and no Hem window appears and nothing is running in the system processes.

Last time I dl'ed update it took me three days on hem forum to get it running, I sincerely hope this isnt going to be the case.

On Ipoker the hud is moved to the correct positions after you played at least one hand at the table. Don't move the stats before this.
Usually this procedure helps to configure the positions:
configure the preferred seating of your Pokerclient and the seating preferences in HM accordingly
* open one Table, play at least one hand
* move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions
* Table manager -> Table -> Save positions
* Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.

Are you using a Norton firewall solution? This causes problems at the moment. I think earlier in this thread is a description what to do but in general you need to add exceptions to Norton for holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and hmimport.exe. If Norton already deleted or quarantined any of this files you need to reinstall HM after adding the exceptions.

Can anyone give me a post number or briefly explain how to add exceptions to norton?

I searched through norton menus and could not find how to add them.

Im playing on everleaf and everything works fine for me on USD tables but Hud wont work on euro tables. Help ASAP please

I went into norton and excepted RVG software and HEM from auto-protect and sonar detection.

Dl'ed update again and ran. Same problem occurs: HEM initialzation screen shows up, then when main window should appear the program shuts down.

fwiw....I have all notifications turned on and I receive none when opening HEM

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Are you sure that HM is installed to the default path? The update installers cant find non-default paths so you may not have actually updated the software.

Check the right-click > properties > shortcut to holdem manager > shortcut > start in: path.

If it is the default C:\program files... then something else is the problem.


Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Make sure you added all 4 of the .exe files detailed in this post.

A couple things

1) What exactly does HEM count as a steal? Is it an open from CO/BTN/SB or just BTN or?

2) There are a couple stats I would LOVE to see. Flop Fold % when checks as pfr...there were a couple more but my little brain has forgotten and ill have to make another post about it.

Also, I dont want to see a HUD for myself when I play, I have the 'Display for you' box unchecked, but its still showing, looked around dont see anything else obvious to get it to go away.

Please enable Player preferences -> your active Hud configuration -> Appearance -> Disable Hero in hud
With "Display for you" you can enable/disable individual stats for hero/others.

A support rep on iPoker informed me that using HEM on iPoker is not allowed. Is this correct? Anyone got any written proof eg T&Cs to say HEM is allowed?

After the latest update all my fold to 4bet% in the HUD say doh. Can I have the numbers back, please?

Dont know if this has been adressed but I am playing on Locck Poker and some 9 handed games have different Hud boxes...Please see below:




So the 1st seat(upgraded on the left account) doesn't correspond to the first seat (talkie on right) so when I move them to the appropriate spot they are off on another. So if i try to correct the two astray hud boxes another one becomes messed up

Did you configure the "Items to Exclude from Scans" as well? Also, make sure you find RVG Software in your program files "C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software." I never had this problem either until the latest update but this solved the issue for me. Good Luck!

I don't have any link or something for you but i can assure you that HM is not illegal on Ipoker, but not all support people there know what you are talking about.

This is a known bug we are working on.

Is this with 1.11.07a? Which tablesize does the table manager display for this tables? You can change the size manually via right click on the table in the tablemanager, then the hud should position correct.
