HM uses the same formulas that the sites use. If you notice any discrepancies, send us screenshots, details, and the original hands to test/duplicate the problem.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please reproduce the problem and attach a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

Guys,

I just installed HEM and i think I ve successfully imported all hands that were saved in PT3 processed folder and elsewhere. One of the things I ve noticed is that HEM is very slow in processing compared to PT3. Any specific reason for that, cuz both have same amount of hh and data.

Also I'm not being able to put HEM on auto import, to import live hands as I play on.

Can someone also guide me as to how to turn off HUD display for HEM as I am used to PT3 HUD display and having two hud displays, is confusing, to say the least.

Another concern I have is, Do PT3 and HEM work fine on the same machine in the long run?

Thanks in advance for the responses.

Hey guys,

Would there be a way I couple set up HEM to distinguish turbos from reg speeds (I play HUSNG's) automatically? I can go through and change each game manually, but could I possible set it so it knows that $3.32+0.18 tournaments are turbos, and $3.29+0.21's are regular speeds?

The HM import takes a little bit longer because you have no additional housekeeping as you have in PT3.

For your Hud Problems: you are running HM and PT3 simultaneously while playing? This will not working because one of the programs reads the hand and moves it to the processed folder (PT3) or the archive folder (HM). You cant use both programs while playing.

Having both on the same computer generally is no problem.

Which site and which HM Version? I think we need to take a look at the hands: Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

Pokerstars (had same problem at Full Tilt, but it could be avoided because they had different buy ins for the turbos/regs/hypers, while Stars have them all the same but w/ different rake obv), Version 1.11.06.

Emailed two HH's, one of a reg speed and one of a turbo.

Thank you for sending the hands. I do not know if they have been tested yet, so please try the following if you could.

Please update to the latest beta - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/rele...l-version.html

Try importing the hands to a new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database

If the problem persists we will test your hands in our email system. We will send you our results and if we duplicate the problem we will forward them to the developers to see if they can be fixed in a future build.

I just updated windows 7 and I think my HEM got ****ed up.

When I start it, it says

See the end of this message for details on invoking

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

multi currency seems to have a bug?

on ipoker playing $, £ and euro tables --

HM Reports page says played 499 hands, winnings $458.63
HM Sessions summary says played 499 hands, winnings $556.01

or does Sessions tab handle curency conversions differently to the Reports tab?

Today's Windows 7 updates is causing problems with HoldemManager.
The temporary solution is to uninstall those updates and reboot.

KB2533623
KB2532531
KB2507938
KB2555917

-1 Go to control panel system--> windows update--> installed updates

-2 Click (red cicle) or click Today

-3 These are the four updates you have to uninstall.
Select an update--> click Uninstall
Are you sure you want to uninstall this update--> YES
You must restart your comptuer to apply these changes--> Restart Later
(RESTART/REBOOT your computer when all four have been uninstalled)

-4 Also click on Change Settings to make sure Windows isn't installing these updates automatically again.
Pick either:
Download updates but let me choose whether to install them or
Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and instal them

Reports tab doesn't convert the currency correctly.
Please add the stat: EUR WON and GPB WON.

Looks like the update that screws up is 7938. It hadn't uninstalled properly when I uninstalled them, and I had to uninstall it again. When it was still installed, I had this issue. After I removed it and restarted, I was back to normal.

I thought that at first, but when I installed everything back except that one, it wouldn't work again.

I just uninstalled all 4 of them.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

Why it is not letting me uninstall all 4 of them ? It is telling me that an error has occurred. And not all of the updates were uninstalled

Ok, so today HEM made me update Player cache or something and didnt let me run otherwise, so I let it run and now all my hands are gone? Do I have to reimport them, is this standard?

edit - apparently now it imports badly aswell, missing like half of the hands
