It's hard to do not in the middle of a session, but I'll play one tomorrow night and try to capture it...

Basically, if I play 2 tables on RPM/Merge and 2 tables on another site, the hands don't graph sequentially (at least in real time - they may correct when the import stops). Say I've played 200 hands and am even and then I win a big pot at RPM. Instead of the graph going up as the 201st hand, it'll show that as hand #50 or something. Hopefully that makes sense.

This has been requested many times but unfortunately it is not possible at the moment. I hope it will be integrated in future releases.

I don't really understand your problem - are the handhistory times correct for both sites? If not you need to adjust them under Options -> settings -> Adjust site import times because HM uses the hand time to sort the hands.

That's what it is. I forgot the RPM clock is messed up and shows an hour earlier than it really is.

Table Scanner isn't working properly with iPoker for me. I play on WilliamHill. However, when I scan a Pokerstars lobby it works fine.

This same thing happens to entraction (VC) cash game, please hlep.

I'm reviewing some hands in the replayer now, but I noticed that when 3-handed it doens't show percentages when all 3 players are all-in?

Or do I have to change something?

My question is how do I add something to this default window? I need to add 4bet % for each given position or some other stats as I please. I went into "HUD OPTIONS" to "HUD CONFIGURATION" but I still can't see what I'm looking for. I just see the window that comes up when you hover over a given stat on the main HUD display.

The hands are being imported? Ongame changed the handhistory path on most skins. The new path is C:\Users\Yourname\P5JavaClientSettings - for Win7
Documents and settings\UserName\P5JavaClientSettings\handhistory - for XP

My poker is in English and I have the latest version. The problem is the table manager is empty, the poker tables are not in table manager but it is in the box of table finder. I tried table finder but it doesn't work. I also check the HH. It has been imported into HEM correct, i can review the hands and see the status. It is just the HUD doen'st work. This must be some thing wrong in the HEM software. I am talking about the ongame client like betsafe or so. And it is working before and just doesn't work after the upgdate. I am using Windows XP, please help, thanks.

I imported a HUD and can use it in the hand replayer, but when I load Pokerstars my default shows up. I've de-selected all check boxes for the default and checked the boxes on the HUD I would like to use, restarted HEM and Pstars but it still goes to the default.

Any help with this?

Have played on FT forever and am now switching to Stars. I am not great with the HEM software to begin with if you could tell me how to configure the HUD and save my HH's with Stars that would be great!

Cannot figure it out

I have configured my folders for hh import to my stars hh folder and have played a few hands to make sure it works. However, I cannot figure out how to change HEM to my PS stats. I cannot get the HUD to pop up and I can only view my FT stats.

I was unable to duplicate this. See my pics below.

Try the following steps:

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer 9 (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

I just had a remote support with a customer on betsafe and he had to use the Table Finder for every table he played. I tried resetting all his HUD files to default but it did not help.


1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

This is usually because the Use For tab is improperly configured for one or more of your HUD layouts and/or you are not selecting the proper HUD from the Choose Configuration: drop-down menu. The Default HUD should be set to a site you never play, and make sure none of the other layouts have conflicting rules. Any time HM isn't sure which HUD to use, it will revert to the Default HUD (even if it is set to a site you never play).

The 'Player Alias' option is to connect 2 different poker site names together, under a new, unique Alias name. Before you can create an alias you want to be sure you can find your various site names. The 'Hero Names' option is to help the HUD know where you are sitting at the table.

Cash Games > Reports > Click 'Change' and search your Poker Site name. You can also click the Arrow and choose Player Search. Do not click the drop-down arrow. That opens a list of previously searched names.
