If you continue to have registration issues, please send your updated Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com
If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

Works fine and now grinding money I will prob not be able to cash out.

Just picked up HEM this week and love it. Sucks this whole thign went down right after getting it.

I am playing on NoiQ Poker (Entraction) now but my HUD deosnt show up. However HH import works fine.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

Seems the HUD is now working after I used the table finder.

Next problem I have: There is no preffered seat option at Entraction so the stats are all over place (since I am sitting on a diffrent seat every table)

Try the HUD Options > Player Preferences > Appearance > [x] Fix My Stats Position

This will make your hero stats appear in the same position (top left corner) of every table.

Make sure you pick the right HUD Config first in the Choose Configuration drop-down menu.

Havent played on stars for awhile but decided to play some yesterday. The hud stats on the players are in the wrong position. When I move it back to the correct spots, new tables that pop again have the hud stats at different positions.

Not sure what is going on? Hud positions are different from the player, I adjust it and still it does not work.

How do you add two different rakeback stats to hem? I have tried and the rakeback is getting added to both stats, instead of the stat which is relevant.
If I play a hand on iPoker, the rakeback gets added to the entraction rakeback stat too etc

I'm also not sure how to calculate the rakeback via the formulae.
The first one should be weighted contributed rake so it is calculating wrong, and the second is average contributed, ipoker which I do not know how to set up. I don't care about fixing the first one. How do I separate the stats so that rakeback gets added to them independently and how do you set up a custom rakeback stat for ipoker?

That should be no problem. Just make sure that the seating preferences for Entraction are not defined.

* Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.

Configure the preferred seating of your poker client and the seating preferences in Holdem Manager accordingly.

What site is this? Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). This is necessary for Holdem Manager and PostgreSQL to properly import and parse the hands. You can keep your windows language in the native language but the formatting must be English. Your poker clients and hand history files must be in English also.
Go to the Control Panel and open the Regional and Language Options and select English (USA) as the "Current Format". This just tells Windows to use the . as a decimal separator when it parses numbers, and other date/time/currency formatting.

Restart your PC.

Please try to create a new DB and import these hands.

Thanks for the reply, I can import other hands no problem on the site, I use English UK, just ones with vip buyins are the problem. It's on Entraction. I'll look at making a new DB

Thanks for suggestion, I tried that and it doesn't import them at all, let alone give an error. Just says found 0 files to import. Again, it imports normal hands fine, just not the vip points ones. I'm not sure why the hand history would be different at all?

I changed back to English Ireland and it gives the '0 hands to process' again. I really doubt it was the language thing anyway, as all sites and hands import fine, apart from when a buyin is made with vpps

Do you know why my hud comes up on cash tables but not sngs? Are hh from each saved in different places or not at all from sngs or what?

Checked my hard drive. Theyre being saved to the same folder where cash hands are. They are an xml doc.

I have problem with HEM.
Holdem.Manager. v.1.11.03

When i run it it asks for NET Framework 3.5 or higher.
So i installed 3.5 but no help it still asks for it when i run it.

I have tried also with NET Framework 4 and then unistall / install HEM but no help

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Try reinstalling microsoft.net framework as follows:

1) Download and run this uninstaller -

cleanup tool did not remove version 4, so i removed it manually.
Intalled only 3.5 SP1 NET Framework and now it is ok

That works. Is there any way to have it automatically attach, because i multitable super turbos and having to manually attach each new table woujld be a big hassle.

Im also having an issue where HEM is tracking my sng results. Its showing every sng ive played as a 11 dollar one and showing that ihavent cashed in any when ive played 3s and 5s and cashed in some. Its showing the proper finishing position and shows the hands for each game.

Actually it looks like manually attaching only works sometimes, others ive done it 3 or 4 times and it wont attach.
