Two more questions?

How can i delete all hands and players(delete all) from my database without delete the database?

I had the lock the layout unchecked bebause i want move the HUd .. But when i am playing more than one table the HUD at the other table moving around(for exaple the HUd of me going to someone else etc.. ) how can i solve that?

Which discount is better to buy the Omaha addon, the CR or the DC discount?

We can only calculate all-in EV if the hole cards are known. The only way around it is to have the party client write the known mucked cards to the hand history file.

Create a new database if you want no data in the database or the players tab. If you only delete the hands and tourneys the data will remain on the players tab because we do not have a cache rebuilder.

Configure your pokerclient preferred seating and seating preferences in HM accordingly. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ferred+Seating
1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions.
3) Table manager -> File -> Save positions
4) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.

I have the free trial of hold 'em manager and when I am auto importing hands while playing on poker stars if I am certain positions on tables the stat boxes will get in my hand so I have trouble seeing what is in my hand. I am wondering how you can move the stat box while playing?

I have hold em manager pro updated to the latest beta and for the last few days HEM has not been importing super turbo SNG hhs properly, they go straight to the archive and don't show up in the Tourney tab.

My HUD is not working. Started playing today and at first my postgres was all messed up so i uninstalled everything and reinstalled it. I went through all the steps on the website but my HUD just wont show up. The hands are importing and everything just no HUD. I think there is something wrong with my table manager. It wont pop up. I am running as admin and have UAC turned off.

I was having trouble trying to vacuum my database through pgadmin...getting some error. So I exported all of my hands and uninstalled postgres and HM, then reinstalled and now when I try to import my hands I keep getting "Holdem Manager Importer has stopped working" message after a minute or so. I have UAC turned off. I'm using microsoft security essentials and windows firewall. I have exceptions for postgres.exe, pg_ctl.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe, hmhud.exe, hmimport.exe, and holdemmanager.exe in MSE and windows firewall set. I'm also using the latest beta version of HM. Any idea what this problem could be caused by?

I think I have fixed my problem by installing the latest version of microsoft net framework

I have 5 hands in which I won post-flop, yet they are appearing as -$ when viewed from Hands/Sessions tab. Is this a known bug? How can I fix this?

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.


If they still dont import, zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

delete/purge the hands and try importing them again, or try importing them to a new database as a test.

I have windows vista and on stars often times at some point HM gets where nothing can be on top of it. Like the poker stars lobby or a table.
Its very frustrating, Is there anything i can do to prevent this?
Is there anything I can do when this happens to make it normal again without closing PS and HM and reloading?

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Hey Fozzy, any idea why I can't see hands in the replayer anymore? When I double click on a hand from my session, nothing happens..also right clicking and then choosing "replay hand" also does nothing. I think it may have started after I updated recently. I'm using Vista and have version 1.11.05 beta 18 fwiw. Thanks.

Mucked cards at ongame are still not working with version 1.11.05 Beta 18. When opponent calls river with a worse hand and mucks the hand only appears in client handhistory but not in holdem manager. Im on bet24.

my HUD is really light, and i can't see the numbers, how do i fix this?

When I update my graph its not showing the correct amount for $ won according to my account balance in the pokerstars lobby. Also when I go to the reports tab it's even showing a differnt amount of hands played and amounts won or lost than my graph. I have checked and re checked to make sure I didnt have any filters on and even up graded to the newest beta version and still am having problems.

I am having a problem with my computer failing on windows updates the last week or so but got a microsoft tech screen sharing session to fix it tomorrow. They were on my computer for 1.5 hours today and couldnt figure out problem. lol. Tho they did find a virus and get rid of it.

So apparently that wasnt what was causing my HM problem.

I've played here ever since its been HEM compatible with no trouble but now I get the "i can not find any unattached hands. please wait..." but I can view the hands in the reports section so obviously they are being imported. any suggestions?

About a year ago i registered for hem. I have recently changed computers and think i have mistakenly deleted the email they sent me with verification and my pin etc when i first registered. I have tried to contact them using there support email but recieved no reply.

If there are any hem representatives here is it possible i could have my hem details sent to me via the email adress i regestered your site with?

Just started playing on a new network, iPoker. I have a problem with the HUD however. At 6max tables, with 6 players playing, the table manager recognizes only 5 out of 6 players and displays stats of only 5 out of 6 players. After trying a few things out HMHUD.exe crashed and so did my poker client. Haven't experienced this before at any other network. It's on the William Hill skin fwiw and I'm running Windows 7. Any solutions?

Have another question though. Is it possible to have your winnings/losses occured on Euro tables converted to Dollars? I'm currently up 50 Euros but it is being displayed as $50 in HM.
