hi im sure this has been asked many times before but i could really use some help with this...... every time i log into holdem manager it works fine with pokerstars because that was the only site i was using when i first got it. but i just moved all of my money to fulltilt and whenever i load tables it doesnt show any stats on any players or anything... how do i switch my hud to working for my fulltilt name and not my pokerstars one anymore?

lol im so bad in it... should not try to reinstalled. i think i just lost my database.. FML

Update: thats so nice that HM makes archives with hands recovered my base.

Did you have your hands backed up? You could just reimport your archived hands into the new postgreSQL database, did you delete the old database?

Go to Options / Configure Auto Import Folder and choose the auto detect folder, does it pickup your full tilt folder?

And then in reports click on the change button to change from your stars username to full tilt one

i have just created a new database and imported my hands there, tried to cpmress/analyze it again like HEM instructions sais and get the same result, again that stupid messege error. thats so pissing me off, killed whole day to make it work and failed

Great program; older version running fine for months.

With your latest version the pages/labels buttons wouldn't line up so I reverted. Tonight after a little research learned I had to change my Windows Vista font size back to default; now everything's OK.

Have a request: Would it be possible in a future release to get the main body of the program to work with the larger optional font size (or even better custom font sizes) in Windows? Assume this is doable since the HUD fonts always scaled correctly.

Old guys like me need big displays and big fonts.

Hey - I just go a new computer and I can't find my serial code anywhere to install the sofware in full, I have 2 email addresses and it seems neither of them is recognised, please help.

The Abb. Name stat currently uses # of Big Blinds for the Color Ranges. Now that we have added a Big Blinds stat to the HUD the developers are considering different options with the Abb. Name stat. Ideally you would be able to assign any of the HUD stats to it for the color ranges.

It uses the rate that is on the Options > Currency Settings > Currency Rates tab for all the hands.

heads up. this currently gives me an All - In EV of 0 because there was still play after I was all in on the turn. There should be some way to account for that within the model (such as dividing the equity at showdown between players left)

I have no idea what happen but I had to quit a session cause the hud kept making the top half of the screen turn black. I couldn't see anything. It was only on one table the others were fine. Any help?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

My computer randomly crashed today and now when I try to open Hold manager I get an error.... it says...An error occured while reading the config//holdemmanager.config file: Root element is missing. Holdem Manager will now backup the d d config file and create a new one for you. Then when I click ok i get another error that says unhandled exception has occured in your application...Cannot create a file when that file already exists. I hit continue and it never loads. I downloaded the latest beta update and it still doesn't fix it. I dont want to have to go through the hassle of redownloading the software and reconfiguring everything and finding my hem code.

0. Make sure you have installed the latest Beta version.
1. Note your database connection settings from the database management, or config file
2. Close holdemmanager
3. Go to the folder config in the holdemmanager installation path
4. Rename the file holdemmanager.config to holdemmanager.config.corrupt or sth. like that.
5. Under Vista make sure that UAC is switched off or check the administrator settings for holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe under properties->compatibility
6. Restart Holdemmanager
7. Holdemmanager reinstalls and displays some messages and warnings
7a. A new holdemmanager.config file is generated
8. Reconfigure your database connection
9. After successful start reconfigure your Auto-import settings
10. Table manager should start again.

Quick question:

Want to import my two existing HUD configurations (six max and full ring PLO) and apply it to equivalent versions of the replayer (which I learned is on Player Preferences>Use For>Site>Replayer).

Found this link on importing HUD configurations. Problem is I can't find where my existing starssixmaxomaha.xml and equivalent full ring file is located. Where does HEM store this?

BTN vs CO scenarios are sooo important and imo CO 3bet is not enough because some players tread 3bets vs early positions completely different from 3bets vs CO

The older versions exported them to \holdem manager\config. If you update to the latest version you can pick the destination folder.

Hi, it doesn't seem like the rush hud supports the new Rush PLO8 game yet. I have the latest 1.10.03b. It works fine with Holdem and PLO but not with PLO8. Please fix this asap. thanks.
