1) Please update to the latest beta -
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
2) If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. -

3) If that doesn't help, please answer these questions -

No, this is not currently an available feature.
You can suggest it, here -

Also, it would be nice if the cash game and tourney filter by dates were not connected. Recently I have noticed I try to set a specific time and date on one, and the other is changed too, then I have to go back through all the tabs and change it again. It's minor, but relatively annoying.
I would say 'same reply as above', but I will do you one better and forward these ideas straight to the developer. I guess these are a bit more like 'current feature improvemnts', more than they are a new feature request.

Are there plans for hold'em manager to be compatible with Windows 7 soon after that OS is officially released?
I am guessing there are 100's of people already using HM on Windows 7 already, judging by our forums and my recent remote support sessions. It should work fine, for the most part, as long as you follow the same setup precautions as Vista. One thing I have noticed, is that W7 has a hammer lock on the permissions for \program files directory 9and a few others). You do not want to be saving your poker site HHs anywhere in there. I would recommend the common Vista/W7 location of: C:\users\username\appdata\local\pokersite\hand history
