Ctrl+A to select all the files > Ctrl+X (or Right-Click > Cut), then go to your new folder and use Ctrl+V or Right-Click+Paste. That will move them from the current folder to the new folder. Or you could just open 2 windows explorers and drag the files from one folder to the other.

fozzy, so right now you want me to open HEM, and click start autoimport? Then when it is importing ctrl+A? am i suppose to open pokerstars ? If so, do i have to sit at a table? This is very confusing me for me.

when i click on start autoimport whether i am sitting at a pokerstars table or not, it still shows 1868 files found to be processed. Files imported going at a slow rate right now 9 out of 1868 with 3 hours and 55 minutes to finish. I tried clicking ctrl +A but where the screen you want me to do this on.

tower (ongame) setup frustrations

Quick question - response would be gratefully appreciated.

Have consulted the HEM guide, which states as follows:

In the Folder Name field, click on the Select button and navigate to the following folder: C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\P5\<YourSiteN ame>\handhistory and click OK. This is where Everest saves the hand history files.

Note that "everest" seems to be a misprint, as this section is definitely headed configuration for ongame / bwin.

see:

http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=148

The problem I have is that when I go into C:\Program Files\TowerGaming I can't find where it says Handhistory. I basically don't know where they are stored.

Many thanks if you can help with this.

Patrick

If the postgres versions are the same, i can see no reason why a dump/restore wouldn't work.

No, I want you to close HM and FTP and move the hand histories before you auto import the next time, so it doesn't have to read those 2k files every time you auto import. You have to go to the HH folder and copy/paste them to your archive folder. Then delete the originals from the HH folder so they wont be imported.

It sounds to me like you are looking in the wrong place. Make sure you have turned off the windows default setting to show hidden files, so you can see that \users path.

I just downloaded the latest beta (1.09 beta 21) to try the table scanner out with the new FTP client. It seems to be working when I have the standard lobby open, but not if I switch it over to my Favorites tab. Is this something that is known and will be fixed down the road? I don't know, but I would think that being able to use the Favorites screen would speed up the scan, since I have it set to match the filters in the table scanner.

I can't really say for sure as the update just came out today, but I would assume so, eventually. The best place to ask is in the scanner forum, so Mr Snood can answer directly when he has time.

fozzy, where do i click on to get to the HH folder? Is it my documents? I tried that but cannot find it. I am using Windows XP.

Do you usually respond faster on 2p2 or holdem manager forums because i would just post on 1 of them without repeating. Thanks.

Thank you; please do not double post your questions. I answered on the HM forums a few minutes ago. I check them both at the same time, 4 or 5 times a day. There are others on the HM forums that check there also, but I am the only one that checks this thread daily.

You would do best to post on the HM forums, where your problems can be contained in a thread devoted to your problems, and where there are other support staff besides just me.

Typically C:\HMArchive

This can be verified by Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ______

What is wrong with my HEM? I play on FTP and when I launch HUD, it shows first 5-20 hands and doesnt update after that. HEM imports the hands, but the HUD doesnt update.

i can't find the individual tourneys... it looks like it lists all the hands at certain blind levels regardless of the tourney.

You haven't updated in ages. The software protection was changed ages ago. Please email your license details/issues to sales@holdemmanager.net

I would suggest you actually update to 1.09 Beta 21, fwiw.

Not sure honestly, because I never play tourneys. I will find out and quote your question again when I do.

I was playing around in some micros trying to line everything out. In a $1.20 9 man SNG the HUD would never work. I messed with it and messed with it, then I loaded up a little cash game and it works fine. Here is a screenshot

It works in the micro cash game but not in the micro SNG, but the tables were both showing up in the table manager...

A bug?

It has come to my attention that Carbon Poker (Merge network) has recently changed their TOS to include HUDs being legal for use. Is there plans to add support for that site?

I bought HM about 2weeks ago and I am extremely happy.

Before that I was using PT3 but had a lot of problems with HUD and so on ...

Now that I moved to HM everything changed HUD is perfect for me, there is aslo "table manager" which show me how many short stacks players sit at my tables ( perfect when I multitable ).
Even their support is awesome ... I formated PC and needed to change license, they replied within few minutes.

They even provide so much useful help information for beginners(like how to properly understand HUD stats ... )

Speed with newest postgres is also insane
In my opinion HM beat PT3 in almost every aspect ( at list for cash games ).

I have several hands (as in holecards showing in the holecards report, or in whatever report when filtering for this hand) that show a negative value for $ (so I lost money with the hand overall) yet show a positive bb/100. At first glance this happens in the area where $ drops from positive to negative when sorting for $.

It also seems that it only happens when showing different stakes, when I filter for one stake I haven't yet found an example. Not sure what more information would be usefull at the moment, but it´s kind of odd.
