Is there any way I can make HEM import hands every second instead of every 5 seconds?

other highstakes players are having the issue as well and are getting as frustrated/annoyed with the situation as i am.

EDIT 2: In the interest of making sure you always have all the right answers - it's actually line 49 for me.

HEM Omaha just officially launched a little over a week ago and FTP Ante tables are a new thing as well so don't be annoyed. I imported a number of hands with Ante's and they worked.

Now, I did fix one FTP problem just now - are you importing these hands through FTP running on a Mac and then copying over to windows and importing from there? FTP recently released what seems like a bug on the Mac - the hand histories when moved to windows actually have invalid characters before many of the lines now. Version 1.08.03 gets around this problem - maybe that is what is happening to you?

If not then send me some hands directly to support@holdemmanager.net. Morny sent me some hands that had this FTP / MAC problem but not sure if they were yours

yes, most common edits would be changing some graph line colors or selecting a different replayer skin.

Line 49 for me in Notepad++.

I must have some other settings/code in the early part of the config file that you dont apparently. My autoimportfolderlist is 3 folders/lines, etc. I will refrain from mentioning line numbers for config files. They apparently arentstatic like in an ahk script. I havent looked inside the hem config in a while, and forgot about all the things in the code that can be different between users/machines.

that is exactly what i am doing. i play on my macbook pro, put the hands onto a usb drive to transfer them, and then do my hand analysis on my dell

is there a new update i could install to correct this or any other solution?

1.08.03 should fix this - you can send me a batch of them just to make sure. I basically check for and remove that new character the FTP Mac versions adds to some lines causing the issue.

Im looking at the players tab and there are over 500 players listed ON the tab but when I look for their stats and all that or run a report only my name comes up. How do I see other players on this list?

Make the filters in the left side bar more broad. The default report is to search for: This Month, Min Hands 1,000.

This seems to have appeared after the May Party update. When I make a filter where my holecards are 'KK' for example, these erroneous hands show up. They show up in the report even though I don't have KK in them. When I select the hand from the report list box, and copy it to clipboard, they all have lines like these:

maybe this is an obvious question, but when I select Tourney/Results/Dataview and pick a specific tourney from the list (with "All Hands" selected and no filter), it doesn't actually show all hands. The hands shown start with the last hand but don't go all the way down 10/20. I know the missing hands are in the database because I can find them when I filter by starting-cards in the "Hands" tab.

I'm sure it's something obvious, is there something I should be doing to see all the hands?

HM won't actually import more frequently than every 5 secs although you can change to 1 sec in the config

Can you try toggling between Hud Options > Table Preferences > Untick/tick forceontop and restart HM after you toggle form on to off and vice versa

Why is my wtsd% so high? Is it really just calculating the hands that I've played that wtsd?

When I filter for hands that are 14 or less bb's, all the percentages go to 94-98% except the bb is at like 60%. I'm not sure if it's calculating the % of times not gone to sd or what.

Maybe it's wtsd when saw flop? Is there a way I can figure out just straight wtsd %?

Also I just came across another problem. I filter for hands with less than 14 bbs and then add saw sd=true. Under the 3bet stat it's 50-75% for each position except for the bb. There's no way that's close to right and I have no idea how it's getting that.

Hey, I'm using 1.07 and was wondering, is there a way to add notes to interesting hands and move them to somewhere so that I can refer back later. Thanks.

is there a way that i can quickly select all the hands i've played in. IE to select all the green ones and all the red ones or all of both.

instead of having to manually go down the page and ctrl click on all of them is there an option i can use somewhere?

if not it would be great if you could include it for replaying only hands i've played in.
