i know that i can do an analysis based on stack size, but that's on My Own stack size. i'd like to see how i do against villains with stack size of 15bb to 25bb.

Thanks
Can you filter for final pot size of 30 - 60 bb?? Of course you will miss some multi-way pots, with shortstackers in the pot, like that though.

When I move stats around using right click drag from one table it moves the stats on the other table. I realize this and it would be fine if it moved the stats to the correct positions on each table but such is not the case.

I have no idea how to fix this. I've spent hours now reading the FAQ and posts about HEM related PS issues.

I've tried setting up my preferred seating in HEM and in PS but that doesn't change anything. I've tried using "Force Ontop" in HEM table preferences but that doesn't do anything. I've tried setting "fix my stats position" and configuring my hero name in HEM but that doesn't fix the HUD problems for Stars.

Any ideas? I'm getting very frustrated. ;D
Set your preferred seat on stars, and then match it in HM. Turn off fix my positions in the hud prefs, and then play 1 table, and wait at least 2 played hands before adjusting the stat panel positions. Ctrl+Right Click when moving the stat panels will move only 1 player/panel at a time. Once the panels are located properly, Table Manager > File > Save Positions

in the latest it's:

Hud Options > Player Preferences > "Number of Pots", "Show table VP$IP" and "show avg pot"

i'm pretty sure this feature was in 1.06, but it could be called something different

also, upgrade imo

Is there anyway to get prima HH's out of the gamehistory.dat file?, I've set a archive folder but not HH*s get exported there (holdemmanager gets the hand as it hould though). But I'd really like to store all the HH's, tax reasons etc.

Edit: I don't really need the observed hands, just the ones I've played.

What caused this and more importantly how do I go about fixing it? I remember having the same problem long ago but can't remember how to fix it (and couldn't find help with search). Started happening with my new comp. I exported hands from old comp using hem and then imported them with new comp. Backup/restore DB just got stuck on restore.

I think you can insert
_T(" ") ie blank text into relevant .pop file in config-folder, trial and error so you'll find the correct spot.

Probably a really ******ed question but I just wanted to make sure:

I just got a MacBook Pro and it only has 250GB HD. Can I use a external HD such as WD Passport for my database?

The only way I would consider using an external HD for a SQL DB is if it were an eSATA connection. I assume that a usb/firewire connect would slow down your SQL. I obviously have no practical experience with it tho.

DAMN. Any idea how much slower it would be (link?). Any ideas? I'm splitting the HD into 2 (one for Mac OS and the other for Windows)

From a purely hardware standpoint:

eSATA is an external connection just like your internal HD connection. 3.0 GB/s

usb/firewire are 400 and 480 MB/s respectively irrc

How do I connect it to my laptop? Sorry for the noob question; I can still cancel my Amazon order

your laptop would need to have an eSATA connection, which is probably unlikely.

I would think if you searched the SQL forums you could probably find more info on the performance aspect of using an external HD with an SQL DB. You are asking the most uninformed person you could with respect to hardware.

My first modern PC in '97 was a dell 333mhz cpu, 128mb ram, and 8gb HD. Think it cost about 2.5k with a 15" monitor and printer.
