HUD Holdem Manager Support - Page 411 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Is it possible to only export hands after October 1, 2008? I already backed up my info. prior to that and don't need to export all the hands in my database.

Also has an update been released for table manager or HEM recently and does HEM automatically check for updates? I have version h of HEM and table manager 1.6.1t

For some reason my HUD just stopped showing up. I was using 1.06.03h and I just updated to 1.06.04 Beta 18 to see if that would help and it didn't. Any suggestions as to what I should try to get it up and running again.

When installing PostgreSQL, do you need to set the Encoding specifically to "SQL_ASCII" ??

Because when I get to that screen the Encoding default is something else. I changed it to SQL_ASCII before proceeding with the install. But it seems my HEM is really slow to get information. Please let me know if Encoding choice effects HEM's performance.

Whats the equivalent of the "GENERAL" tab in PT2 for HEM?

I should be able to see all the players I've datamined for the day on the Reports tab???

I am having a weird problem. The only hands that show up in my report are hands where I didn't VPIP. Importing seems to be working fine, and I cleared all filters so don't know if I ticked a box somewhere or what is going on. I checked a couple players that I played with and their stats seem to be showing up normally. Anyone know how to resolve this?

Can someone with experience with HEM answer this? I just dl'ed it today and its pretty diff than PT2.

Can I see stats of 3 players summed it up?

Like I play on iPoker FTP STARS, Is it possible to see them all at once?

I am using 04 beta17 atm.
I get the "There was an error during Vacuum. Please manually vacuum your database through pgadmin" error message.
I also get this message when I was using 1.06.03 version.

How can I find out what is causing this?
I have to mention as well that my postgres is installed on a different location than the default one. If this would be the issue, where can I edit this in order to tell HEM the location.

If that doesn't solve it post on our forums and you'll be helped much quicker. Just double check that hands are actually importing ok.

What is equivalent to the "SUMMARY" tab in PT2?
Is there a "General" tab to see the stats displayed from players playing TODAY?

My hud crashes on me usually once a day while playing. I go to the task bar and close out table manager and re start the import and it works fine again. I have version 1.06.04 beta 13 and have had this problem through atleast the last 5 version maybe more any idea when this will be fixed?
