HUD Holdem Manager Support - Page 403 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Does anyone know if it's possible to totally delete all info from Holdem manager and start fresh? I've tried purging all the hands and uninstalling/reinstalling but it still contains stats on 4700+ players even without the hand histories. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the DB Control Panel and create a new, blank database (with a new DB name). Then you can delete/drop the old database thru PGAdmin if you dont need it anymore.

Some questions:
Can I transfer hands into HEM from PT3?
Will this software run smoothly and not clunky with 12/more tables going?
I use Home XP with 1g RAM.

It has a unlimited 15 day trial. Bes tway to know is to give it a try on your exact machine.

I would suggest you add another 1GB of RAM, if for no other reason than it is super cheap.

The "Start time of session" in my session tab is always 2 hours early. How can I change that?

ok, this is getting annoying. So I have set up an Alias, gone to HUD options and set up Player Names, and selected the Alias that I created with my poker names. However, whenever I start a new table, the stats are all over the place and not below or above the scn that it's supposed to be under. I've searched the forums, but it just talks about preferred seating, which I don't have on. Should I have it on in order for it to work? In pokerstars I just have the - under everything, but in FT I have 1,3,5,5 for HU, 6max, 9, and 10 max. Is there no other option that to move it around every session?

We aware of this problem and looking into it

Finally got it working. I had to move the mucked cards in to the right spots first but I wasnt able to do that before because when I checked the "mucked card mode" option on it freezed everything. But I worked around that and now I can move the stats one by one.

Not sure if it was because of the mucked cards but atleast it's working now.

Anyone else having the problem of HEM never staying maximized? Obviously not a big deal and probably way down on the list, but still quite annoying.

i am thinking about buying hem and have a quick question (didnt find anything on the hem homepage concerning this) - i play on my laptop and desktop pc - is there a option to buy hem once and use it on both?

I have a quick holdem manager question, does someone have a list of supported sites? Also can you modify the HUD in the same way you can modify the hud on pt3?
