* (1.06.01 HUD) if panel positions don't load you get an option to quit without saving over anything you had...
* (1.06.01 HUD) for ppl whose positions get reset. if you see this box please send the posprefs.txt file from the config folder to support.

The new trial is a 15 day, unlimited hand import trial. You need to update HM to 1.06+.

Hey, I am using the latest version and FTP, everything with the HUD is working except that Hero stats for the session are being displayed wrong, I start the session and it randomly shows me already some stats and for example 150 hands played, any ideas ?

It works with any site where datamining is possible - all you need is observed hand histories to get the HUD going. On prima it's automatic, on full tilt it should work if you have auto-import on, on ipoker it should work if you set eyepoker to datamine, etc.

There's a problem with Prima now - there seems to have been a small update by prima and HEM is not reading any of the HHs. The HUD will pick up that I have tables open, but NOT display stats.

Now my HM stop working.

I get everytime this kind of error message "Title: Xenocode Virtual Appliance Runtime. Message: This application has encountered an error 0xD0000008. Please contact the publisher of this application for more information"

I have unninstalled it but it don't help. I posted that also HM forum but there is noreply in that threath. So what to do?

This is trial mode i downloaded this today and it works like 400 hands ok but then this starts.

The 'clipboard' is just a space in memory, where it is temporarily saved. Go to w/e hand converter you are using, and Paste in the HH that you copied to the clipboard. You can Right-Click > Paste or Ctrl + V to paste.

do you have it filtered for only 1 level or is there possibly a level in there where u won a lot of money in a short amount of hands and then lost over a long period of time at lower levels

I have a feeling I'm missing something obvious...

Is there a way to save the hand replayer settings? I'm having two issues with this; I want to make "show known cards" unchecked by default and I want to save the HUD stat positions. TIA

Is there a way to hide the stats at the bottom of the session tab? I don't really want to know my win/loss for the month sometimes.

this program starting to tilt me, seems like no questions ever get answered, wish i had jsut stayed with tracker.

surely everyone using it knows how to seperate 6max from fr, but no one will reply

Use the Winnings Report - it splits based on Stakes and # Players (HU / 6 max / Full)

Hi,
I have been using PT3 for a while but im unhappy with its progress, I really need the All-in EV thing and rakeback calculation in my graphs.

Thats why I have given HEM a try, but there is a problem. When I try to connect to the database it says: "Connection Error: FATAL: 3D000: database "postgres" does not excist"

It should excist as PokerTracker 3 uses the same... Whats wrong?

Suggestion: On the notes icon I want to be able to RightClick->Drag downward to select the notes icon color. (When a donkey limps the CO, I don't want to have to click the note icon, find the notes window, click the dropbox down arrow, then select the colored note icon.)

I figured out the earlier notes issue. I have notes from the last year. I have lost my 2007 HHs. So HM only has 2008 hands, so there are a few players I haven't played with in 2008, but I do have notes on them. When HM imported my notes, it didn't recognize the player, so it just threw away the note, I guess.

Setting my hud up now.

There use to be a stat in PA Hud called won sd when raised turn/river.

Did I overlook this in HM? If not, could it be added?
