At Stars it grabs only one hand. Not sure about other sites. HM does this to comply with the Stars rules against datamining.

Everything worked fine, until yesterday. Yesterday auto-import stopped working. I didn't change anything to the folders or HM (still using 1.05.09), and I have the problem on all sites. I have no clue what could cause the problem. Regular import ('import from folder') doesn't work either. When I look in the folders, the hand histories are there. HM just doesn't import them.

When I click 'auto import' or 'import from folder (after selecting the folder)' I get "(Auto) importing..." in the box, but the status bar doesn't progress. I don't get messages like xx hands importing, xx hands/seconds. I also don't get any error messages. When I look in the folders the hand history files are present, so that's not the problem.

The sites I play on are Everest and Betfair. Both give this problem. I tried reinstalling 1.05.09, that didn't help. I use Windows Vista. I think I didn't change anything or install anything that could cause this problem, but i'm not a computer whizz so i'm not 100% sure.

I finally got sick of pt the other day and brought HM. Happy with it so far. Just got a question about the player analysis stats which come up after launching the active players window.

The numbers there compare everyone to the average numbers. What exactly are those average numbers based on, are they based on my averages of everyone, eveyone over x number of hands, winning players over x number of hands, hm average numbers etc? Would be good to know this in assessing the usefulness of these numbers.

Is there a reference manual or something that explains all the filter and report fields/variables? For instance sqz% =~ someone calls a raise and you pop it. There are few I'm not exactly sure of the exact formula/meaning.

Which field is equivalent to PT2 voluntarily put $ in from SB?

Is there a thread anywhere on what values are "standard" , for instance Limp Fold. I don't limp much but when I do I Fold Limp 60%.

How do I get the stats to display on the table ?? I have configured the stats with the color ranges that I want on the table. I have made sure that HM is auto importing from the same folder that I have my hhs going to.

I dont know what else to do.

I have the stats up.. now i am trying to figure out how to get the stats to stay on the table.. they only stay when i hit relaunch hud.. plus.. i have card icons at every seat at the table.. 22, 33, 44, etc.

i am trying.

all suggestions are welcome.. i printed out the quick start guide.. been doing this for over an hour ..

How do I import a HH file e-mailed from Stars? I saved it as a text file, pointed the importer to it, and it reported 11 errors, no hands imported (there are, I think, 11 hands in the file).

what does the inf under the total postflop agression mean ?? i am learning the numbers but this one throws me for a loop..


one more ? can i make the "hands" display any color ?? i have been trying.. no luck yet.

Agg Factor = (Number of times bet * number of times raised) / (Number of times called a bet)

Agg Fact = inf means infinity, you have not called a bet and have only been seen betting or raising.

If you only want them to display as only one color, set that color for <inf, and delete all the other colors had assigned to color ranges.

In the PopUp Designer there are stats for "fold CB to raise" (FT&R). Is there a "fold CB to raise" (Total )stat?

Ok i've done a good search for this on the HM site and in help menu's and can't work it out, although i'm sure there is a simple solution.

How do I set it to have my stats displayed in a certain place no matter where i sit at new tables. At the moment I want my stats on the top left corner, I do this, and when I open a new table the guy in that seat has his stats in the top left corner, very frustrating.

Sounds like you haven't set your preferred seat. Depending on what site - you ened to set your preferred seat in the poker client lobby, and the HM HUD Options for Seating Pref's so they match.

I play on Partypoker where there is no preferred seating.

when i start up a table and hm.. will it show how many hands i have all together on the hud and will it do the same for anyone i have stats on at my table.. or will it just show how many hands i have on them and myself for this session ??

is there away for my hud to always show how many hands total i have on my opponents when i am playing with them..???
