You need to add that RB% to all 25 players' site screen names that make up the alias.

Yes.

If the HUD stops working for some reason, you are going to have to restart HM3 and the Ignition client in the order below until we can release a proper fix.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

We will have a new IHG update later today that will address 2 of the 3 issues we discovered. After that update is pushed live they will work on the remaining issue that can cause the IHG to fail if HM3/PT4 are restarted while tables are open.

Are there any plans to support ClubGG and create a hand converter for it? In all honesty, the lack of this is the only thing stopping me from coming back to HEM from DH.

I believe it is already supported via the Advanced ClubGG Converter by Advanced Poker Tools.

Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.

Also, attach one of the *.rar files that are causing the issue for you so that we can use the same rar file when reproducing the issue for our developers.

Hi.

I play on Ignition. Frequently when I switch out a table the HUD remains on the open tables but never comes up for the new table.

Please advise.

HM3, the HM3 Server/HUD, and the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app processes must always be started before you open the Ignition poker client software. If the Ignition poker client is closed for any reason you must shut down HM3 and restart it fully again.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Start HM3 and wait for the HM3 server to start. You will know it has started when the 'Start HUD' button switches to say 'Stop HUD'. If that doesn't happen then you can start it via the HM3 - File - 'Start Auto Import' option.
- Once the HM3 HUD/Server is fully running you can then start the Ignition client.

Take a seat at one table, allow the HUD to appear before you open a second table and wait for the HUD to appear there before opening a third e.t.c.

If you then have any problem with import errors or a HUD not appearing:

Please reproduce the issue and screenshot the tables/HM3 then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...shooting-guide

Did anyone have problems importing hands from ipoker 5max?
I imported ipoker hands that were exported from poker tracker but when I open them in HEM3, blinds are messed up

HM3 doesn't do well importing IPoker XML hands that were exported to TXT files by PT4. You should instead toggle on the HM3 'Allow reimport' setting and then import the original XML hand history files to HM3 from the PT4 \Processed folder.

Trying to login to HEM3 on my laptop to export some hands - "Login failed". Was sure my password was correct, change it via email reset still can't login. Can't even login to the HEM forum to contact support "Oops. There has been an internal error with this request. Please try back later or contact support."

For party poker / betmgm, having trouble when players use the "cash out" option mid hand. It wont log the hand, win or lose. Any thoughts? ty ty

Please try using a different browser. Do not use Internet Explorer, or a browser that blocks scripts and please clear your web cache.

If you are still having problems logging in try changing your password on the old site here instead.

If you continue to have problems logging in to the HM3 software:

Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.

Open C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\Config and delete CurrentUserToken.txt file if you see the file. If you can't see the folder, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.

If none of that helps:

Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

HEM 3 doesn't record reentries correctly for stars tournaments for a long time ago. There is a line for rebuy and add on but that number is always incorrect... unless of course you didn't reenter it and thus only was your initial buyin.


You want me to send you a screenshot of how the tournament tab looks after a session for you to look at? What would you need me to send you exactly? The thing is no tournament is recorded correctly if there are reentries. Also it would show rebuy amounts but it wouldn't be correct. Imagine a $11 tournament and you reenter twice so it should be 22 for rebuy but it would show a weird number like 8. The same if it's a $27 tournament and for some reason it records it as a $6 buyin.


Thus your net loss or profit overall and for almost each tournament is incorrect because of this.

Please provide us with the original hand history and tournament summary files of one of the problematic tournaments. In addition, please attach screenshots and provide details of the specific errors mentioned in the 'Tournaments' report, as per the instructions provided at the end of this guide. This will help us reproduce and document the issue accurately for our developers.

This isnt a issue with it tracking, this is a new feature on BetMGM/Party poker for Michigan residents, they have this new feature where you can "cash out" mid hand, and when the player chooses that option the hand never gets recorded. So if i win or lose nothing shows up in my HEM3 if the opponent selects it. Also have trouble when the "run it twice" option is selected with it accurately recording.

This is a feature problem not so much a recording hands problem.

I had this happen to me yesterday. I played a 3-way all-in where I did not take the cash-out hand and lost. It was not imported because the hand history file was incomplete. If you open the hand in a text editor you will notice it is missing the final summary info lines for who won how much. It also did not report an import error, so I wrote up that issue for our developers to review.

I emailed BetMGM support and asked for my hands from that day. They sent me the hands in individual *.log files that I could import to update my database, but that cash-out hand will not replay in our new beta replayer so I had to write up that issue as well.

The RIT issue is a known issue the developers are already working on for the new replayer.
