Yes, you can delete those without affecting your current database but I do not know why you would ever want to delete any of the original hand history files from your archive folder. If free space is a concern I would suggest you move them to an external drive or cloud file hosting service like Google Drive in case you ever need the files again later.

What if your current database file becomes damaged and you need to import the hands again to recreate your database? What if your computer has issues and/or you get a new computer and want to create an HM3 database on a reformatted or new computer?

Thanks. I've backed those up to an external drive. I want to remove all traces, at least temporarily, of anything poker related so work can take a look at it.

I downloaded latest ACR update and my HM3 is no longer working. It still shows HUD on and auto import on but there’s no hud in game and the hands aren’t coming through.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Update to add: the hhs seem to be coming over on a delay. Still no in game hud. All configurations seem to be ok I have no clue.

1) Restart the computer.
2) Reinstall your ACR poker client.
3) Update your ACR poker client and close it
4) Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
5) Launch your poker client(s).

If you continue to have problems:

Try creating a new folder on your computer such as C:\ACRHands and C:\ACRTourneys then setup your ACR client to save both the hands/results here in their settings/options and setup HM3 to Auto-Import from there in the Tools - Site Settings - Auto Import Folders menu.

Make sure you 'Remove' all the unused auto-import folders for the site's default hand history path. Any duplicate paths for the same site can cause the HUD to fail sometimes, even though the hands are being imported to the database.

If none of that helps:

Please reproduce the issue and screenshot the tables/HM3 then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ.

Hello, I am aware that HM3 does not allow pop-ups on hover, however when I hover over stats, some basic info such as sample size pops up. This is quite annoying, how do I cancel that feature?

No, unfortunately, there is no option to disable or hide them completely at this time. The only thing that can be modified or changed with that is the option to disable the bottom line of 'Session Stats'. To do that, open the HM3 - HUD - HUD Options - 'General Settings' / 'General' menu and disable the option in the 'Filters' to '[ ] Retrieve Session Stats for Tooltips' option.

This is not possible via the Filter Editor Graphical User Interface so you will need to type:

Does HM3 work for GGpoker cash, and specifically MTT and PLO MTTs on GG?

Example; GG lets you download a PLO MTT file, has all hands played, will HM3 be able to review / replay / generate stats for the tournament and the players in it? Thanks.

GG Poker Network sites do not write hands live while playing because they do not allow a HUD. This is why they are not listed in the HM3 - Tools - 'Site Settings...' menu.

GG Poker skins allow you to download the hands later from the 'PokerCraft' menu in their software then you can manually import those hand history and tournament summary files to HM3 via the HM3 - File - Import Files/Folder options.

Note: GG Poker writes your hero screen name in the anonymous hand history files as 'Hero' as shown here:



If you want to see your anonymous opponent names in the Player Select menu and Reports for review you need to toggle on a setting to see those names as shown in these 2 images:

Hi, I just wanted to check to see if the issue where HM3 freezes up when it's not in use for a while or the PC goes to sleep has been fixed yet. I've always left database programs open 24/7 and prefer it that way so I can just hop on my computer and play and not have to remember to close/open HM beforehand.

Unfortunately, that is still an open issue waiting on our developers.

My HUD was working well on ACR until today, however I had to remove and reinstall ACR to fix another issue and now my HUD is no longer working (I play at Blitz Tables). I see the hands are getting save in the standard handhistory folder, however they are not getting uploaded. I am dead money without my HUD, so any urgent help would be very much appreciated.

PS: Never mind, I managed to fix it somehow.

I have three questions:

1. I did not play for 2-3 years and thinking about going back into...I had a HM3 all stakes license that expired in 2021. It says I missed 5 crucial updates and its 100 USD to get the license going again. But I wanna start from the micros so for now I only need the 60 USD small stakes version. What do I have to do to make that work cause HM software obvioulsy only lets me update to the full version (100 USD) which i dont need right now. Do I need to make a new HM3 account with a new mail?

2. For Chico I assume I still need some sort of hand grabber or does it work directly and only with HM3 by now?

3. Zoom/Blitz version on Chico...Blaze or whatever...is the HUD working there right now cause I remeber that it was not working a few years back.

The hud on zoom pokerstars is messed up. The stats are not fix every hand they are rotating counter clockwise. And I have setting for everyone except for hero but it still shows my hud.

Please make sure your poker site's preferred seating options are configured and matched to your HM3 - Tools - Site Settings - My Seat options - as explained in this FAQ. PokerStars Preferred Seating should be set to [x] 'Always Auto-Center Me' and HM3's - Tools - Site Settings... - PokerStars - My Seat should be set to [x] 'Automatically Detect'.

1 - It sounds as if your Support & Maintenance (S/M) plan expired so you need the previous stable version from the HM3 - Help - My Licenses... menu's 'Reinstall Old Version' link. If you want to update HM3 to version 3.1.31.0 and have access to new updates for the next year you will need to renew your S/M. Hi! I setup a 27% rakeback flat for an Alias of 25 players in HM3, however the rakeback are not shown in the graph (blue line overlap the green line instead). Is it not possible to setup rakeback for a multiplayers Alias?
