I haven't played on Ignition in a few weeks. I cant get HM3 to grab any hands. I've updated HM3 to V3.1.29.0 and reinstalled Ignition, but I'm not having any luck. Status is showing that the grabber isn't finding any tables.

Has the leakonomics feature been cancelled from active development? It’s been labels coming soon for years now at this stage.

It seems fine to me:



- Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link.
- Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

If you continue to have problems:

Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and if that does not help then please send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.

Yes, but it has not been removed from the GUI yet, unfortunately.

We released a new HM3 Range Wizard App that will make population study much easier. We have a free version of the Range Wizard app under the HM3 - Apps menu if you click 'Get HM3 Apps...'.

Hello ! someone knows if HUDs are allowed on Betsafe?

I just started playing on Betsafe.com and I use Holdem Manager 2.
I thought that iPoker was HUD-friendly, but I'm not able to use my HUD :-(

IPoker allows HUDs but I have no idea if HM2 still works there, unfortunately.
HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020, so it will likely not work at many of the sites that it used to support. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.

I have multiple "table groups" in my HUD, but trying to organize these in HM3 seems very hard.

In HM3 I need to move every single group seperately. Like in HM2 it worked in a way that if you move the main tile/group, all parts of that players HUD moved, and then if you moved not the main groups, only that window moved.

Is there a way to get same function in HM3 hud settings somewhere?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do that in HM3 at this time but this feature request has been documented for future consideration.

HMT-5257: Add ability to move all HUD Groups at once in multi group/panel HUD Profiles (Missing HM2 Feature)

If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-5257 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Last year I ordered HEM3 and I recalled I had dollars in my HEM account due to some previous promotion I did years ago. I know that HEM3 subscription is only for 1 year and you need to pay it yearly.


How do I check when my HEM3 license will expire? I recalled I purchased it last year sometime. Before this, I was using HEM2 the entire time because I was use to it but had to use HEM3 for certain sites where HEM2 was not compatible.

On people's poker (.it) the preferred seat affects only in the hand history and the hud works correctly.
After the table has started, if I rotate hero's seat to make it stay in the center, the huds of the various players do not rotate following the owner.

Is there a quick shortcut (like in hm2) to rotate all huds without moving them individually?

You can check the status of your license, support & maintenance expiration date, etc on our site if you login to your account and go to your 'Store Account' under your name in the upper right corner of the site.

Unfortunately, there is no way to rotate all of the HM3 HUD Groups together at the same time like you could with HM2. You have to manually move all the groups/panels for each player one by one.

GG Ontario/wsop.ca put out an update recently and they changed something with their hand histories, so when you download them HM thinks they're play money and the graph is completely flat

Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

A friend of mine was able to figure out how to manually fix the issue. In a recent update, they changed the HHs from ($5/$10) to (5/10). He showed me how to change these files, but would prefer not to have to do it every day. Not sure if there's anything else you need to fix this issue on your end

We need the original unedited hand history files sent to us with screenshots/details of the errors as I instructed/linked in the previous reply.

Please zip and email the original unedited problem hand history files to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Try to save this file to your computer, close HM2 and paste it into C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Roaming\HoldemManag er\config\ folder and overwrite the existing file if there is one.

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.

Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem. You can also attach any screenshots or other files to the Send Feedback interface as long as they don't total over 250 MB (including logs).

If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually.

So my holdem manager year subscription is going to end soon. I think it already did. I was going to renew it sometime later but then I noticed an auto payment from my payment method paid for it for $49.99. So if you already own HEM3, the yearly payment to continue using it is $49.99 per year? But if you don't renew it, you can't use it at all right?

If you let the Support & Maintenance (S/M) plan expire you can still use the previous stable versions of HM3, you just won't be able to update HM3 or receive technical support.

Poker site changes that could impact the ability for some hands to properly import.
