So after a session of stars and 888 today, I went to tournament reports and same issue. The stars results isn't correct and showed no rebuy or addon amounts. I had to do the same thing with doing the 3rd step again today and after doing that, the results are not correct but pretty close so that is fine. So basically I have to do this every single day then with stars? Not big issue since it doesn't take that long to import it.



I also did the same with 888 but after doing it, it showed 6 errors. I think there was 1 or 2 errors after importing stars earlier. When I tested 888 earlier, there was ton of freezing and lagging. So that is most likely the reason why the results are not recorded properly right?

Yes, until we can fix the auto-detection issue in a future update.

No. The lagging is not normal, and also not the cause of your tournament detection issues. We need to see your actual hand history and tournament summary files for the results detection issues, and your logs for the lagging issue.

Okay so there seemed to been a HEM3 update.



Now after a stars session, I mentioned it never records the rebuy or addon in the tournament results when I check it after a session. And you have to import the files for the day for stars and then it would show the rebuy and add on and the win/loss amount would be correct or close to it on stars. So this has been going on forever? So basically HEM3 always had required you import the hands for the session everytime?



I tested some tables on 888. Sometimes it doesn't show the rebuy or addon but sometimes it does. Then I would import the 888 files and it would be correct. Now if there are no issues with the rebuy or addon by itself, does importing the 888 files for the day mess it up in a way such that you are importing duplicate 888 files? Or if it recognizes it, well it is the same? Thanks.

No, it is an issue that started happening about a year ago that we are working to fix in a future update.




No, force reimporting will not 'mess it up' or cause duplicates.

Hey I updated to 3.1.27 and after that I couldn't get the hand replayer to launch. When I try to open any hand it just shows a white screen that I can't access.

I have tried restarting my PC and reinstalled a previous version (3.1.26.0) but I still get the same problem. What could be the issue here?

why my replay hands history have no hud? and "show hud" already on ,but still have no hud,but in game it worked

Not all sites will display the tourney number in the replayer header but you can see the 'Number' in the 'Tournaments' report on the far right of the report.

How do I filter players by VPIP > 80%, for example?

The only filters we have for the global reports regarding VPIP are these:



In the Opponents List view there are actual VPIP number filters you can use but those will not work in the reports.

Hello there, I bought HM3 and during the migration from HM2 and having two issues.

The first one is that Notecaddy stats are not working (Yes, I bought notecaddy license for HM3 too).
I did all the trouble shoot on this link:

But they are not working. Notecaddy creates new notes but then in my HUD the chain Emoji appears on them. These are stats that were working perfectly in HM2.


The second issue I have is that I cannot make the hud look the same even though I imported from HM2. It takes more space in the tables because the separation in between lines is bigger. I tried putting the padding in "0" and still the separation is bigger. I attached a picture so you can see what I'm talking about.

That is a known issue as the HUD engines for both are completely different. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do other than try to edit the font size, padding, spacing, or scaling in HM3 (and/or Windows DPI Scaling) to make the HM3 HUD version smaller.

I'm having the exact same HUD delay issue with iPoker Speed Tables on Betfair.

No, there are no documented issues for such behavior. If you have the same issue with our new private beta below you need to send us the requested logs and other files as instructed in the HUD Troubleshooting Guide below.



- Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Please update to our latest internal beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...on=3.1.27.8738
- Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

hi, how can i see my cev im hem3 spin go?

To see a graph of Big Blinds and cEV in HM3 by hands you have to use the Overall report. Once there you click the 'Show/hide results graph' icon in the upper right corner to open the mini graph and click the Options gear icon in the lower left corner and toggle on the [x] 'Show All-In Adj' check box. Then you also need to change the Y-Axis of the graph from 'Chips' to 'Big Blinds'. We also have two related stats in the reports: AvgAllinAdjGame, AvgNetWonGame

X-XF (checkfold turn after flop checks through)
X-B-XF (Delay cbet turn, checkfold riv)
X-BC-XF (Delay cbet turn, call raise - Checkfold riv)
X-XC-XF (Check flop, checkcall turn, checkfold riv)
XC-X-XF (Checkcall flop, turn checks through, checkfold riv)

Any idea which stats I should use for this?

Most of those are in the SkippedCbet stats section as HM stats. Any that is missing from there should be possible to create in Notecaddy. Most of the HM stats that have a line from flop to river are in the SkippedCbets and vsMissedCbets.

Our new 'Simple GTO' has many of these stats included in the popups as well:

I looked at your suggested solution for creating the stats using NoteCaddy, but it's a bit too clunky and big for me when I'm really just looking for a simple stat number

I am looking for a stat, it was my bb/100 adjusted for EV. So it would read 10bb if my actual EV was 10bb and my winnings were only 8bb.

HM3 doesn't use 'EV' stats as HM2 did, it uses 'All-In Adj' stats instead. The stat you are looking for is:

'All-in Adj bb/100' = Big Blinds won per 100 hands adjusted for all-in EV





Note: HM3 uses the same equity code as PT4 now which is more accurate and less biased than the code we used for equity in HM2. In a hand where a player is all-in but other players are not, net adjusted results are not calculated. When one player is all-in preflop and other players are not, then they usually have the option to act postflop and this means that sometimes one of them will fold. Having the option to fold* after another street is dealt means that in the long run there will be more strong hands which get to showdown and less weak hands. If we were to calculate net adjusted results in hands like this it would introduce a systematic bias (because there will be more known strong hands) so we exclude all hands like this from net adjusted calculations. You can read more about this here.

*Note: Attempting to calculate adjusted results when unknown but folded cards already called the all-in also introduce a bias into the results so HM3 does not make these calculations in any situation where a player calls the all-in and later folds (even if it's on the same street).
