We do not provide support for old versions of HM3. Are you using that version because your Support & Maintenance (S/M) plan expired and you did not renew?

There have been many WPN client and HM3 updates since version 3.1.18.0 was released so you most likely need to update HM3.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

You will have to test the new beta version of HM3 in 'Free' mode if your S/M plan is expired but has many limitations when in Free mode.

HM3 hasnt been working properly for last fe weeks. Its takes too long to open the program and the computer gets very laggy. See bellow:

That depends on your database size and the number of hands loaded into the reports for the selected active player/alias in the reports. The bigger the database, and the more hands loaded into the reports, the more RAM it will use. This FAQ explains our recommended specs for optimal performance. HM3 is going to use more RAM than HM2 did for a comparable hero/database size as it uses SQLite instead of PostgreSQL.

This does not have a User Interface option in the Filter Editor and can only be entered via the Filter field at the top of the Reports.

Hello!
I just renewed my hm3 subs but it havent showed in the software and still dont have hud how long should i wait?
i logged out and logged in and it says its active but sadly still missing. I play on bovada, have 137 days from my ignition card cather and it says when i play on 3-4 tables, its empty

Hi Team,

Is there a possibility in HM3 to see the average time spent in a type of sit'n'go for a specific buyin level? For example for all 23.80+1.20$ SNGs, average time spent was XX minutes...

We have 'Duration' and 'Minutes Played' stats that you can add to the 'Tournaments By Buy-In' report, then filter for the given stakes, but they will be totaled in the bottom of the report so you will then have to divide the total by by the 'Count' stat to get your average.

If the HM3 client/server were running when you renewed your Support & Maintenance (S/M) plan/subscription you need to restart HM3 fully so it can check our license server.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

I have multiple reports on Discord of issues with the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) today after the recent Ignition poker client update. I just updated Ignition and will be testing that shortly to document any issues for the developers.

It is not working as a result of the latest Ignition poker client update. The developers are aware of the issue and working to fix it ASAP.

Note: The HM3 Apps can be updated in the background on startup (full HM3 client/server restart) without the need for an HM3 update in most cases. You will know it has been updated when the app version number has increased above it's current version number 1.1.3.

I will try to make sure I post here to let everyone know once it has been updated and I confirm the fix is working. For now all you can do is download the hands 24+ hours after each session and manually import the hands as instructed in this FAQ.

when using table finder to set a hud upon a table (because my hem doesnt recognize auto import)
is it possible too...
1) relocate the hud boxes when relocating the tables automatically?
2) refresh the hud automaticcaly? ( i have to drop the table finder icon on the table each time to get an updated hud)

I haven't tested it yet but the developers released Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app version 1.1.4 to address the Ignition client update from yesterday.

- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

If you continue to have problems: - Please reproduce the problem and screenshot the table/desktop before and after the problems. In the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) 'Status' window click the ‘Gear’ icon and select ‘Create Support Bundle’ and send that to us in a support ticket with screenshots of the tables/problems.
- If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site wetransfer or filedropper and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. Please see this FAQ for more detailed instructions.

I am not sure which of those databases is the one that is active and in use but you can delete any databases you are no longer using.

I am not sure as I have never had a reason to have to use the HM3 Table Selection tool. What site are you playing where this happens? If you can send us screenshots and logs of the issues I can forward your questions to our QA/Testing Managers that have experience with that Table Selection tool to see if they can answer your questions.

only ipoker skin i can play with being dutch... hands are imported and noticed but hud doesnt show on table unless i use table finder and drop it down on the table somehow

The HUD has to be manually attached on every single table, or just some tables?

I think I have seen a report or two of this but am not seeing anything in our bug system about it. We do have similar reports for this happening on some Italian Ipoker skins (i.e. PokerPlex24.it) if you are playing multiple tables with the same table name.

If you can send us screenshots, logs and hand history files from a session as instructed above I can forward those files to be reviewed to see if there is anything we can do to make them detect and attach the HUD properly somehow.

Hi,

On Pokerstars when I open 4 separate zoom tables, the HUD is only loaded onto 1 table. I have recently updated both the Pokerstars client and HM3 software since last playing so not sure which update has broken this.
