I can't answer that as I do not generally provide support for NC or the other apps, just HM3 itself. The NC support team has their own thread on 2+2, their own forum on hm.com, and their own inbox in our support system. If you want to post your 6 digit support ticket number here I can ask the NC Support person and the HM3 QA/Testing Manager about the issue and make sure you get a reply/update in your support ticket. We added a Filter Editor > Basic > Game Details > 'Money Added' filter but it is not currently/yet working for WPN (i.e. ACR) unfortunately. This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-6004 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I just started the trial for Omaha in HM3 (already paid for the NLHE part of HM3 a while ago)...If I decide to pay for the Omaha in HM3 say 30 days from now, will HM3 still automatically keep my omaha hands that were played during the trial?

Yes, they will still be in the database and will be visible again if you upgrade your license to include Omaha.

We added the HM3 - Report Selector - Analysis - 'Vs Player' report in beta version 3.1.16.6929. The upper part of the report will show you how much you won/lost from each player specifically. The hand grid below the report shows money won/lost in hands played with that selected player in total, not from just that player like the upper portion of the report.

Is there a configuration file where I can change my current alias before opening the software? It opens on my lifetime hands and my computer can't handle that many, HM3 will just stop responding before I have a chance to change it.

And can I stop the thing preloading hands overall? This is the most annoying thing ever.

No, there is no config edit for the CurrentPlayerName, that is something controlled by the database itself that we only log.

Please update to our latest beta version 3.1.16.7258 of HM3 from this link if you are still using an older build.

Launch HM3 with the Start Menu - Holdem Manager 3 - 'Holdem Manager 3 with Logging' and make sure that all the 'Feature Logging' options are all 'Clear' before you click OK.

If you continue to have problems: Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.

None of the 'BetSize' stats are specific to 3Bet pots.

After I posted my previous reply I learned that there is a way to do what you want if you are still having the same issue.

- Install the SQLite Browser.
- Launch the SQLite Browser program and then click 'Open Database' option, switch the File Type box to 'All Files' and select your database you want to edit.
- Now click the 'Brows Data' tab and switch the 'Table:' drop-down to 'Settings'.
- Select the 'RecentCurrrentPlayers' - 'value' field and copy one of those player names and site ID and paste it over the 'CurrentPlayer' - 'value' then click the 'Write Changes' button and close the DB Browser before you launch HM3.
- Here is a short video example of me showing the process on my database.

1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
2 - Update your graphics drivers.

If you continue to have problems: Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem. Also include a link to this forum thread and your forum user name.

You can also attach any screenshots or other files to the Send Feedback interface as long as they don't total over 10 MB (including logs).

If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually.

Is there a way to see your own HUD of your own stats using the same hand cap that is applied to other players? I can't find a way off session stats using HM3.

There is no option to view lifetime hero stats in the replayer currently. It was possible in early testing but it caused performance issues so we had to disable it at that time.

Note: There is a method to enable it manually but it can cause performance issues as mentioned, and it will also cause the live table hero HUD to behave the same which would mean losing the ability to see your table image/stats at each table which you may not like (and it could also cause performance issues when playing live). If you want the instructions on how to do this, we posted them on our forums.

This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration. If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-1428 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Anyone have issue with HM3 not working on ignition today? I'm on latest HM3 version. Worked 2 days ago. On ignition handgrabber, it shows all my tables listed. However, hud isn't working and no hands are being recorded in HM3.

I played some hands at Ignition yesterday without issue using HM3 beta version 3.1.16.7258. Make sure that HM3 is still configured to auto import the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) hands as instructed in this FAQ.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

If you continue to have problems: Please reproduce the problem and screenshot the table/desktop before and after the problems. In the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) 'Status' window click the ‘Gear’ icon and select ‘Create Support Bundle’ and send that to us in a support ticket with screenshots of the tables/problems. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site wetransfer or filedropper and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. Please see this FAQ for more detailed instructions.

I want to move some stats from one group to a new group but can't find a way to do it.
