I want to edit ACR tournament buy-in and rake and HM3 changes it afterwards to different value e.g $109 total BI and $9 rake HM3 changes to $100 total BI and $0 rake. How to edit so this don't happen?

I am not able to reproduce this with WPN or Stars hands in our latest daily internal build.

Hello, so there are couple things about HM3 that really make it unusable for me and it is a bit frustrating as these are really easy to code into it i would assume.

Most important - when i click on the note window it always opens it under the player stats, sized down. So if i want to use notes i need to click on a player's note icon, move it to the side and resize it appropriately. This is a big hassle and time waste when multitabling and it has a very easy fix - just make the notes popup remember the last position and sizing it had like it was in HM2.

The second thing - where is the "last x hands" popup, is it not available in HM3 or is there some option i should check to make it appear? I used this exclusively to mark hands and its a big part of my process so without it and without the note windows saving their position i basically cant use HM3 and im sure many people have similar experience.

Another small thing - in HM2 u had the option to just hover over the note icon then right-clicking on the notes made them stay on the window without the need for the mouse coursor to be on the icon and also they were draggable. This is another functionality thats missing and would have been a workaround for using notes efficiently while multitabling but alas dont have that too..

Was your HM3 HUD imported from HM2? The HM2 recent winners list in the HUD was not part of the profile in the editor, so it does not come across directly on HM2 HUD Import. You will have to copy the Table Averages group from one of the default HM3 HUD Profiles. We are looking into the possibility of automatically creating Recent winner list when importing HM2 HUD Profiles.

Here are the instructions on how to add table averages to any HUD profile:

Open the HUD - 'HUD Editor...' and select one of the default HM3 'Profiles' that has the 'Table Averages' group included. In the upper left 'Group' window select the 'Table Averages' group and click the small button right of the Delete button and 'Export Group' to your computer. Then switch to the HUD Profile that doesn't show them and 'Import Group' for that Table Averages group file you just exported.

ok, recent winners list works now, this is great, thanks will be watching out for the other stuff.

This might be a stupid question, but...

I can't seem to understand how to set the filters in such a way that I could see the hands that I've made an all in bet preflop with and everyone folded.

I tried (for example) these filters:

SawShowdown=false and RaisedPreflopFourBet=true

But it seems to only show a very small number of hands, it sounds a bit unlikely people have only folded to 5-bets 36 times during 322k hands.

Hello Holdem Manager. How can I filter separate the ACR bomb pots from the normal pots at 25NL. I played like 6 month ago and automatically they where in two separate lines in the cash results by stakes.

Unfortunately we do not have a bomb pot filter yet. This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration. If the bomb pot hands were the same stake they should not be on a separate line in that report unless there was a problem with how the WPN client wrote the stakes for that/those particular hand(s) in the file. I just imported a couple individual NL10 customer hand history files and they both showed up on one line in the by stakes report.

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Hi, I'm using the elite hud converter for pokerbros. Seems like HEM can't find my place at table. Some way to fix?

Unfortunately we do not provide support for 3rd party apps so the only thing I can suggest is to make sure your poker site's preferred seating options are configured and matched to your HM3 - Tools - Site Settings - My Seat options.

Are u planning to add also X-poker?

Yes, you should be able to add that site to our site settings menu and auto import their hands in our next beta release. I do not see anything in our system about HUD support for that new site in our system so I had to ask our QA/Testing Manager about that and will let you know after he is online next to answer that.

You will receive a prompt to update HM3 any time there is an update available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options. You can check for new updates via the HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option. You can also check for updates and release notes in our HM3 Releases forum or in our Release Notes FAQ.

That's a good news. It would be great if also your built in converter worked with x-poker. I would switch to yours instantly.

ACR is allowing "run it twice" now. HM3 isn't showing both flops or adjusting All in equity. Can something be adjusted for that?
